I ended my claim but haven't been asked for my 14/15 year end figures. When I called to ask if they required these they said it's been auto renewed and ended? What does auto renew mean?
  • Totally baffledspoke to tax credit my online renew received 28th April not been processed and not been held up cause of concentrix doing investigation so they lady said give it till 26th June.
Concentrix have not made any notes on my file either she said my payments could change before I receive paper works I I am none the wiser and she didn't know why renewal not processed.

Think the next few months will be stressful and living on edge not know when it will be finalised and done and when investigation is completed either.

Our renewal is all done , i phoned on the 5th of may to renew and it was completed on the 18th of may and got all paper work yesterday ( 22nd of may ) . no childcare , no self employment . my husband works full time 40 hours plus and i claim carers allowance .

Also ours was originally auto renewed a few weeks previous to the 5th of may , i just had to wait for paper work to arrive then phone and confirm my husbands wages and my carers allowance .

    Georgiasdragons,

This is what I am on about, no idea what they are doing. It's so frustrating.

They said to me my new award will be processed but my old award won't be finalised until concentrix have closed it off after evidence. Absolutely baffling. They told me to wait until 9th July but the other day a lady said it would be done in a couple of weeks hopefully.

    Waiting game I guess

Yes I will ring concentrix each week if I have to this is the only way we know how the investigation is goin and payments are changing.

Then once I know the investigation done then I will ring the normal tax credits people to chase my renewal!

    Georgiasdragons,

Yes, do keep ringing concentrix. I'd hate for you to have your payments stopped due to the time frame being out. I do know that their systems have been down a few tines and HMRC have acknowledged this so I do feel it's only fair on oeople that we have extensions on the cut off date.

Not had no letters to say the want evidence of child care . Wish they would just ask for what they need
  • Investigation renewal update

Concentrix confirmed receipt of documents scanned on system now gone to case worker to be reviewed.

My documents will be received back in week or so but back log with post.

The decision on my award could be couple weeks by they will write and I can ring back in couple weeks.

My renewal should be finalised by normal tax credits after this.

    It's so painful isn't it?

I just feel it could be merged so much better than the two companies dealing with different things.

The TC office told me that my renewal is going through, that the information requested by concentrix would not hold it up. The two are separate yet it seems again, it's different information for you ( and most others).

    No wonder I'm always baffled.
