Update on tax credit renewal .
I called to see if this had been done , they said my payments have changed but this was due to me giving them a new est figure of earnings for next tax year . But account is partly capped whatever this means ??
Having one off payment tomorrow then each week after normal payment but 3 quid more0 -
HI
I renewed last wednesday over the phone, hoping to hear something back this week, ive no childcare and only have young children so hopefully no under any checks, when i renewed last year I had my new payments within a week x0 -
And when calling now it asks you if you have a red line across your renewal ??? What does that mean0
-
I should of really it's the first time Ive heard this since calling them . Clearly says if u have a redline across renewal form press 1 .
Does anybody know what partially capped means ? :mad:0 -

Now really worried. I have phoned twice and it didn't ask me about a red line either time but there were no automated questions to answer. Just tried again and it does ask. Won't sleep now, not good, really can't go through a check.0 -
Out if curiosity I just called and it does indeed say that. How bizarre.0
