'Personal Reasons'. Could mean anything.
We have another viewer tomorrow.
Good luck to everyone with viewings or expecting offers, and commiserations to all those who have been disappointed.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -
Hi,
My OH put his house on the market nearly 3 weeks ago and has had one viewing cancel and one is due on Monday night....He sold his 2 bed terrace 8 years ago and after 2 weeks panicked and dropped the price. He is determined not to cave in this time!
Hopefully he will sell his semi and move in to my terraced house so we have time to look for our home together. No chain is a good position to be in but I have a great feeling of dread before this has even started....one of the most stressful things you will ever do they say......then buy another....then sell mine....*bangs head against freshly painted wall*0 -
flipping heck...or words to that effect!
The viewing for tonight was supposed to be confirmed by the agent and she was going to let the viewer know when they could come round....she is new apparently...didn't take the full name and wrote the return telephone number down wrongly. Now no one can get in contact.....Mistakes can be made but it doesn't look promising does it....0 -
Had a couple more viewings on Saturday, and one couple (FTB) have said its their dream home:j
They have been hounding the EA all morning and have stated they are just doing the sums and will be putting an offer in later today.
Hopefully this is true and not more EA waffle!!0 -
Good luck callistris.
All has been quiet in my selling world this weekend but I won't let it get me down!0 -
Good luck everyone
Got back from Holiday Saturday and had a second viewing Saturday evening (Same guy who wants to knock £10k off) brought his wife this time but does not want to go via EA.
Got another viewing tonight, really need to get a decent firm offer in. We would drop £10k "IF" they had money ready to go, just so we don't lose the bungalow we are after. It will push us a bit on doing all the work but our hearts are lost to it now :-(Totally Debt Free & Mortgage Free Semi retired and happy0
