Sorry Sean.
We have "found" and now really really want a buyer.0 -
Can I join ?
We have been on the market for almost 4 weeks, we've had 2 viewings.
We have a large 3 bed masionette, the property has a communal garden but no direct access which is clear on the details, both viewers have said that the stumbling block is lack of garden??!! surely they would have seen it has no garden.... very frustrating!
Anyway we aren't happy with our current agents so have given notice and are moving to another mid June.
I feel we need a price drop as you can get a house for £15K more locally, although they are small and on an un-adopted highway (which causes huge problems and huge pot holes) but never the less, still a house with a garden.
Feel in limbo...0 -
Gotten a bit quieter here recently, hope it's because everyone is busy accepting offers!
So we're now onto a second viewer! Nearly at 4 months on the market stage now (and dropped price twice!). Coming on Thursday. Not getting my hopes up no matter what they say after our disappointment last time!0 -
Can I join in? House been on the marketop for 11 weeks no viewings and a nightmare agent - changing EA in 2 weeks (yey) 5k price drop to hopefully push things alongLiving the simple life0

I've had a steady flow of viewers on my Dad's flat, 3 notes of interest including one (extremely insulting offer!) but no-one seems to want to pull the trigger at the moment. I am a bit worried as another 3 identical properties have come on the market in the past week so the competition is getting tougher.
I am still the only one at fixed price so hoping that sways things our way.0 -
Well we're still on the market... have been for 3 months on Monday and seen 14 people through the door, mostly all of which have said very positive things and seemed like it might have been the perfect property. Only there's been no offer yet!
Two couples have said they loved it but need to sell their houses first so they might come back eventually I suppose, but in the meantime there's been no viewings booked for this weekend .. only second weekend since it's been on that's happened, so I'm hoping it's not the start of the decline of interest!0 -
We had a viewing last night, an older couple wanting to downsize from a 4 bed house. Our 2 bed flat is quite small so think it's probably too small for them! But anyway, not expecting an offer from them.0

Pictures taken today so should be live by Monday. We've got 9 interested parties and have planned on doing an open day to let them all see the place on the one day rather than having the hassle of 9 individual viewings over the course of a week or so.
Fingers crossed one of them will want to/be in a position to offer as I don't know if I can keep hiding stuff in the boot every time we have a viewing!0
