  • Have they gone under? I have a contract with o2 that I purchased via them which is eligible for a large amount of cash back.

Hi, purchased mobiles.co.uk o2 sim only cash back deal on 30th March this year.

mobiles.co.uk cash back wants bills for
    month 4 : June 15
    month 6 : August 15
    month 8 : October 15
    month 10 : December 15
    month 12 : February 16

Looking at my o2 account the first bill is dated 03/04/15 and if I understand the terms relating to cash back correctly I think I believe you should be requesting bills for July 15, September 15, November 15, January 16 and March 16.

Have asked mobile.co.uk for their opinion but they are not responding to emails.

Anyone else had this experience? and did you succeed in have the cash back schedule changed?
  • Ignore what they tell you even if they do respond. Also ignore the chart on your account - though nowadays that is usually correct, at least with regards to claim dates.

You are on a 12 month contract, so you need to submit the bills dated June 2015 (already too late to submit that one if you didn't), August, October, December and February, 2017.

You haven't followed the groundrules - you MUST know THAT prior to ordering, or don't order a cashback deal.

"Claiming your cashback couldn't be simpler. You will need to send in your mobile phone bill at months 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 February, 2016." That is the current 12 month sim only cashback requirement but, again, you MUST print out the t&c at the point of sale in case they move(d) the goal-posts.

Nowadays with Mobiles.co (unlike orginally) they have fallen in line with E2Save and month one is the month you are connected/order (usually the same thing).

The dates they have provided are quite correct (which you should know before asking). You can't "change" the t&c unless they agreed to - but a) why would you? and b) they are in your favour.

I am struggling to understand why you "believe" they are wrong? The terms they have given you are perfectly clear to me. Send the bills to for the months stated within 60 days and you get your cashback cheque. It's very simple.
