I started my 6 month virgin sim contract in April; and sent the 3rd monthly bill in July. I rcd a text to say they had rcd the bill, but have heard nothing since! I have tried calling the cashback no. time and time again - but am always put on hold! Can the e2save rep pls contact me?0

You'll be lucky! They worked (as I've said many times on here) on the June bill for April contract so your claim was a month too late. However, their instructions were totally misleading as always (though plain sailing compared with now!) and many people were denied. Finally Martin for MSE took it up - since he had recommended the deal in the first place! THEN they started paying the July claims - but only when pushed. As for the recent communicatin experiencs, it's like that all the time now - and NOT likely to get better any time soon.0

sent my details to martin on the 3rd september re july cashback , but despite recieving e/mail reponse back from martin that he would request then to look at my claim i have still not recieved any comunication,
i have asked him today at what point we should start legal proceedings has it seems a complete waste of time and money using the phone, or are there any other avenues to pursue first0 -
Impossible to know since you haven't said what the "july cashback" was about.0

I received my first cashback cheque last week. Now I think I will send in my September bill just in case, as I dont totally trust the information I was told over the phone to send in my October bill.
What is anyone else doing? September bill or waiting for the October bill?Hello all...
I just phoned e2Save on 0845 655 1246 as its been over 3 weeks now since I received my text messages confirming receipt of my bill(s). I was told that it hasb taken a long time as I caused confusion by sending in both bills!! Grrr. However the lady did check it out for me and said that it WAS the JULY bill they required and that I will be receiving my cashback within 14 days from now.
I also asked which is the 6th month bill. She said I need to send in my October bill. I hope this is correct.
What has anyone else (who received their sim at the end of April) been told is the 6th bill?
Will let you know when I recieve my first cashback. But for anyone still worrying - ring them! Its probably worth it.0 -
