I've had two emails recently from Customer Liasion at e2save. The first, received on 6th September, told me to send my September bill in for my next Chequeback claim;the second on 12th September told me to send my October bill in.

e2save do not seem very interested in their reputation or that of Car Phone Warehouse either. The lesson for me seems to be they are not to be trusted. Getting through on their phone line is impossible and they have not responded to my letters.

Are you monitoring the situation for us Martin, because it looks like they need some serious intervention by you to take action.

I have had same probs-no response to two letters bar them sending me a txt saying they will respond within 21 days (ha, ha!). Impossible to get thru on telephone. Martin HELP!!!!
  • Bought in April second (also the last) claim is using the September bill. If you got your first claim without hassle you must have made that in June - right??? June = "month 3" therefore September = "month 6". As I keep saying - ignore bill numbers for these deals. No good asking E2Save; I know their t&c for this deal and they don't any more for various reasons. Apart from ME saying it if you look back far enough on this thread you will find everyone sending their bills in July were declined - for the SAME reason!

Nowadays I'm afraid they have INCORRECT dates on the newest deals on individual accounts, they will give you DIFFERENT dates over the phone but WON'T confirm ANY of that in writing - so you're supposed to ignore the written and go with the oral. And of course - neither set of dates has much to do with those people ACTUALLY and SPECIFICALLY signed up to. If you think the Virgin sim deal t&c were misleading you just wait until the first claims are made under these ones!! In fact, if I could have got 50 Virgin sims I would have - it was the easiest and most attractive deal they've ever had!! As always though - you have to know how they work!
  • Same problem as most people here - received text confirming receipt of my bill, but heard nothing since. Could an e2Save rep please contact my private e-mail account. Thanks.
  • Has anyone recieved their Sept bill? I'm still waiting. Can I send an online bill instead? Will this affect my cash back?
    Making money make sense...........:T
  • You can send an on-line bill on THESE t&c.
  • After receiving a text acknowledgment at the start of August I had heard nothing since. I phoned last week to chase payment and was told that it had been rejected due to the wrong bill being sent in. After about 30 seconds they said that it was a computer error and it would be paid. Cheque arrived today. I asked what bill I should send in and they confirmed that it would be 3 months after the first one that I sent in which was initially rejected. With the quidco cashback this is turning into a great deal.
  • It's not turning into one - it always was one.
  • I agree it was. But after the debate about whether quidco would be paying out and what was considered a correct bill the offer did look as though it may turn into a lot of hassle. So far so good, just the last cheque to go.
  • I didn't any major obstacles. I had a minor problem with Quidco but that was in fact sorted out much more quickly than most. As for which bill, that was always perfectly clear to me - which is why I keep trying to point out which one people need to send in now because many other people never did know the way this worked and still aren't sure. The only potential confusion now is because E2Save recently transferred its processing elsewhere (where they did things rather differently) and is in a complete mess.

It's chalk and cheese between this offer and the t&c now. Try working those ones out! And for far less Quidco money.
