Yes I got mine at end of April and was successful with sending in my June bill so am going to send sept bill which I have just received. Can anyone tell me which address it should now go to as I can't remember which one I used last time ?0
-
Do we send the Sept bill to Dunstable or Crewe?Making money make sense...........:T0
-
Well I got my Cheque yesterday and my Sept. bill.
So a copy of that bill will be in the post tomorrow (even if its only the 5th bill)....0 -
Tapilicious
Now that you have said that I am sure I sent my June bill to dunstable. Can anyone confirm that that's where we should send sept bill ?0 -
Have just been prepping for the final claims in our house (2 from e2save, 1 from onestopphoneshop). Got the top 2 sheets of the bills photocopied (both sides as it doesn't specify ;-) plus coupons and printouts from the website saying to send Sep. bill).
AFAIK Dunstable operation is meant to redirect to Crewe from e2save's forum and therefore it's wasting time (and adding delivery risk) to send it there.
Online 6 month virgin only bought through thephonespot and e2save both say (online logged into e2save website) to send to:
Cashback Claims, PO BOX 337, Crewe, CW2 8WE
But it looks like the other address below is the 'official' one for this deal though it shouldn't matter; to quote from from e2save's forum:

This is getting confusing as on one response today is saying the following address:
Cashback Claims, PO Box 337, Crewe, CW2 8WE
And yet you are quoting another address:
e2save Cashback Claims
PO Box 462,
Crewe
CW1 9DY
Which one is correct?Back to topdebbieg

Hello
Thank you for your reply.
The one I have quoted is correct. PO Box 337 is for cashback for another part of Carphone Warehouse, claims made to this PO Box will still be accepted.
ThanksThe thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!

Please can the rep help me.
I signed up for this deal in May and submitted my July statement in July.
I received the text to say they had received the claim, but I have not received a refund nor have I heard anything to say the claim had been rejected.
What to do?? And what statement is the 'sixth' statement that I need to submit.
Help!!!! Thanks0 -
1) Save the text. 2) Call them on 0845 655 1246. 3) Send your October statement to the CW1 9DY postcode address (unless they change THAT again before next month!). 4) Use any free legal helpline you may belong to and if the call doesn't produce a satisfactory result consider a Letter Before Action (there is plenty of advice on various threads about).
E2Save are in an utter mess with their claims. Onestopphoneshop appear to be processing more efficiently than ever, on the other hand (the other Crewe address). Trouble is, E2Save doesn't give a (better not type that on here) for any of its customers; they don't matter at all to them!0 -
I thought i'd just let you all know i've just got through to the e2save helpline after spending 15 minutes on hold!
Even though i was suposed to receive a cheque within 28 days of my last phone call on the 9th august it never came.
Today i've been told that "the cheque was put on the system on the 10th sept and i should get it in 3 weeks.
I wasn't given a reason why it's taken so long, in fact the call centre rep said "i can't tell you" does that mean she didn't know or just didn't want to tell me?
She also said it's definately my october bill they want.(I sent septembers just in case).
I think e2save is total rubbish and will never buy from them again, their customer service is appalling when you actually get to speak to someone.
So i get to wait another 3 weeks to see if the cheque arrives, i won't bet on it!0 -
I started my 6 month virgin contract from E2save in April. I sent in the July bill and had it rejected. After contacting them and this forum they sent me my first cash back.
I wasn't sure which bill to send for the second and final claim so I sent the September one the day after I received the bill. I have just received a text to say that I will have my cheque within the next 30 days.
I'll let you know what happens.0
