I thought they stopped sending confirmation texts? On their website forum, they even say :"The cashback team are no longer sending texts to confirm receipt of claims. Claims currently are taking 45 days to process. ". I wonder if I should worry now. Have sent mine (to the PO Box 462, Crewe, CW1 9DY address) 2 weeks ago, but haven't received any texts. Have the proof of delivery from Royal Mail though.
Ditto. Not worried though - apart from the fact that I can't read the contents of the 'PRINT NAME' box on the POD!!!

Well, last POD, I can read it, but the one before, it was just a stamp saying "received"!

I'm actually thinking of taking this offer up again from the cpw.

Notice that MSE Martin (who promoted this back in April) is not promoting this latest CPW offer. How many would have got paid out on the e2s offer if it wasn't for this thread and the high profile of Martin kicking off about them?

No-one need worry about CPW going bust if despite all that's gone on people from here are going to take the offer out again.
  • I would have for one! However, my Brother-in-law has just had his claim returned as early when it wasn't! That's because now Onestop are doing it they are applying their rules rather than E2Save's. They are in a complete and utter mess; totally incompetent. Some people HAVE been paid sending in June, Some sending in July (should have been June) were told they were a month late! Some have been corrected and paid, others not. My brother-in-law was paid correctly in June (month 3) but now told he's a month early (September!). Lol!
  • I used the orginal address given via email when I first took out the contract :-

    Redemptions, PO BOX 4311, DUNSTABLE, LU6 9BJ
  • Also sent in 3rd bill and had no reply. Contacted Virgin Media who suggested contacting Carphone Warehouse who eventually suggested I contacted e2Save. Was put on hold, from one department to another and kept on line (0871 number) for far too long. Eventually they cut me off. Wanting help to reclaim after having sent in 3rd month's invoice as requested and receing test message 1st Sep to say would hear further within 21 days. Please help!

I started my 6 month virgin contract from E2save in April. I sent in the July bill and had it rejected. After contacting them and this forum they sent me my first cash back.

I wasn't sure which bill to send for the second and final claim so I sent the September one the day after I received the bill. I have just received a text to say that I will have my cheque within the next 30 days.

I'll let you know what happens.

I had the final cashback cheque today. Success at last.
  • They are changing the rules halfway through the contracts. Complete load of tosh, blaming it on the outside company who used to do a fantastic job administering the cashbacks when it is THEY who are purposefully playing stupid games. Wonder what they'll say the rules are tomorrow? One thing's for sure, there's a good chance they won't be the same as today's!
  • I was a bit of a slow starter with this deal, so didn't take it out until 1st May. Have just call customer services to cancel and they've informed me I need to do it during the last month, not before (ie. from 1st Oct).

This is a bit backwards compared to what I expected. Do I not have to give 30 days notice?

Oh, and anyone got any more good offers with 100% cashback?

    Mat
