I'm still waiting for my third bill to come in .... it's late and I am still on the SIM card ... What do I do? I can't see anything to help on the Virgin Mobile site ... and this all sounds slightly worrying ...ummm...0

Send your 2nd bill, this is what they wanted anyway!
Okay, I can now get the bills online ... I've not got any of the e2save forms here, they are at home, but would like to send out asap. Can I just fax them the details, or does anyone have their address? (Or do I need to include a specific form from the welcome pack?)

I've just spoken to e2save customer services and i've been promised my cheque in 28 days! As soon as i said i had a virgin 6 month contract she knew why i was ringing. She also said i had to send in october's bill for the 6th month claim.
Just got to wait and see if cheque turns up now!0 -
Hi
I have read this thread/post or whatever they are called...sorry not up to date on lingo...
Anyway, I have a 12mth Orange contract...but from from e2save.
As g33za as mentioned in a previous post a pdf file...go get one!
The deal from what I have followed is when the item was BOUGHT, SIGNED FOR etc...
So, my deal...I bought at end of September (didn't receive until Oct) and I have sent back invoices DATED December, April and now August. Had to send 4th mth (3rd inv.), 8th mth (7th inv.) 12th mth (11th inv) within 30 days The pdf will be clearer here. So far, I have had no issues...THANKFULLY. The chequeback form was sent with my phone obviously a sim is not worthy of such paper???
I have always sent via RECORDED delivery too as requested and only posted a copy of my first 2 sheets as requested.
Hope this helps you all get your money.
May I add, I have heard as well, I don't know how true this is but if you 'miss' a claim all other claims are rejected automatically???
Perhaps someone can clarify this?0 -
Hi Nellie
Few questions :
* Which number did you call to speak to them
* What was the name of the person you spoke to
* What was the date and month that you started the contract
* Would your October bill have been the 5th or the 6th you receive
Hope you cam answer the above as it will help many people here...

No you haven't!!
I am on Virgin 6 mth SIM only deal and I posted about a week ago and you have not responded to me by private message.
Your service is ridiculous and you should be ashamed at the level of customer service.
You are supposed to be committed to providing a 'superior shpping experience' whilst saving customers valuable time and money.
Once all this is sorted out I for one will be sending you the bill for the time and phone calls that I have incurred during all this.
You are a disgrace to the industry.

Guys, don't be too hard on Eleanor - I personally think she is very helpful. I had a cashback problem with e2save and the case ended up with her. She sorted it out for me and even contacted me a while later to make sure that I received the cheque.
I guess all this mess is caused by the ambiguous T/C. Why not try what she suggested and come back to her if it doesn't work? She is a customer manager, as far as I know, but with so many people having problems, it will be difficult for her to deal with all cases individually.Mark Hughes' blue and white army0 -
Further to comments about phoning 0871 numbers, in the past I found phoning the freephone sales number 0800 049 6496 and selecting option 2, got me to the same point as the 0871 number.
By the way, my own experience of e2save means I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole!SayNoTo0870.com wrote:Company Name: e2save

I cant believe e2save are ripping off their customers further by telling them STILL to ring the 0871 number, DO NOT CALL IT, it costs 10p per min from a landline, and anything up to 50p per min from a mobile!!! Call the 0800 and they pick up the bill! or if calling from mobile, call 01509 number
If you wanted to post that number the link is HERE

Hi, I did much the same as Nellie and got the same response. This contradicts earlier e2save customer service directive in thread so I'm still not sure which month to send ..... but in answer to your questions.
* phoned 0845 6551246
* spoke to Kate ext 4622
* sale date 24/04/07
* October bill will be my 6th bill received
Perhaps you could let us know what response you get?
Cheers

Just contacted E2Save,
They've stated that my claim may have been rejected incorrectly, but will not confirm their liability until I've provided a duplicate copy of the bill and my claim will be investigated manually. Foolishly I sent the original!!I now need to obtain a duplicate from Virgin and resubmit my claim.
Wont be doing this again, it's a pain in the ....0
