In your shoes I'd send two copies to her sent from two different post office getting proof of postage. Anything to avoid going to her home as I think that would be a really bad move.

Sorry. I know it's good to keep threads together. I'm confused...

Can I see the original statement that she made to get the order? I'm confused as to how to defend this??!!

I'm not sure about non-molestation orders and defending them. I think the time has come to engage a solicitor as you have to defend this non-molestation order. I know solicitors cost ££££ but getting one now could save you a lot of grief in the long run.

You don't want to make accidentally make a mistake with this or your ex could pounce on it and turn it against you.

Ive spent the last 3-4 hours going through her statement and picking out the bits which are just wrong or lies.

Im seeing a solicitor in 45 minutes.

It will cost money, but i will win. This order will be gone by Monday. And one less thing hanging over my head.

Having just read through a few of your threads, I think if this doesn't hammer home to you that your ex is the psycho !!!!! from hell and should be avoided at all costs, absolutely nothing will. Dont communicate with her except through lawyers, she is clearly unstable.

Best of luck with the lawyer.

Do also think about providing evidence of her behaviour towards you - phone calls at all hours, demanding that you only see DS at her house, demanding that you do tasks when you are there, asking you to stay over then kicking you out, the incidents with the knife, hitting you etc.

    Thanks everyone.

Meeting with solicitor went relly well, it was like a weight being lifted.

As suspected, the order is because she gets legal aid whist it's in place.

Strength? - thanks, but i dont feel strong. But i guess i am.

    Crazy psycho - defintely.

Best £300 i'll ever spend. The solicitor was just brilliant.

I'm really pleased to hear that the meeting with your solicitor was positive.
