    Hi guys

Calling I am sorry about your sister and glad you cheered up. I popped in earlier but I was in a foul mood and just wasn't worth a post. However a 1kg bar of chocolate, lots of new shiny clothes & a visit from Him this evening when we weren't expecting to see him was just the ticket.

Happy Mothers Day to all you fab bunch, and thanks for all the congratulations..

Samiszel I sincerely hope that by this time next year you are able to hold your own little bundle of perfection in your arms. There is absolutely truly no feeling like it. Even on the worst days when my Threenager is driving me utterly bonkers, and I am whacking eyedrops into her every 2 hours and listening to a half an hour strop after each time.. and am staring down the barrel of another day with her at home behaving like that... I am so completely and utterly blessed. Like applemuncher I was told aged 19 that there was a good chance I would not have any children due to a medical condition. Dreams come true. :)

Onto me. Still on the naughty step. But now sat here glammed up to the eyeballs ;) in all my new get-up :D I've spent a frightening amount of money on clothes. £262.27 in fact. But I have so much good quality stuff that I totally love, that I think Ms Kondo would be very happy with me indeed. I can open my wardrobe and pick almost anything to go with anything, and dress it up or down with key things. I am kitted out for work in a smart and businesslike manner... and I am feeling very good about it all :D except for the spending thing. Still makes me feel ill but I am focusing on that as a positive. I haven't suddenly developed a taste for spending money :rotfl:

Still not another SFD. And then some.. a huge spendy day but I did get the bits of bread/pack up stuff that I need for the week so won't need to shop anytime soon :)

    Hugs all. Night night xxx

  • Happy monday everyone... today I'm grateful that there's only two full weeks of work left before Easter weekend!

    Groceries till 15th April: /£72.99
    Fuel until 15th April: £29/15/£80
    Lunch to work: 0/17
    Lunchtime walks at work: 0/17
    NSDs: 0/10

Aim for today is a NSD - want to put nothing on my debit card until all my direct debits etc for the month have cleared which should be wednesday or so, so that I can reconcile my account in YNAB. Also focus this pay month on spending as little as possible, so this will help with that as well.
Proud to be debt free September 2014. :j

Kondo'd the kitchen at the weekend. Dining room still looks like a bombsite. Gets worse before it gets better, right?

Finally a SFD. The madness and clothes buying has ended :rotfl:

Mothernerd I feel your leg and back pain. Feels like my hip is about to splinter the last couple of days. Back pain presenting elsewhere :(

Have had a very naughty nearly three year old today. House is a tip. Nothing has been done apart from the pots, and I am very tired and very grumpy.

    Have a good evening all.

    Good one!
My own complaint is turning into a tennis match. So, I wrote my original complaint back in August. Now, the Ombudsman wants me to fill in a whole other form so they can start a new complaint this time against the right company, but they are also still pursing elements of my existing complaint against the company I originally complained about. Confused much?
I said to the woman, I dont really understand what Im supposed to put into this new complaint as I've already said everything I've got to say. And in my experience the bad party was the one I've complained about. Yes they should have said in AUGUST, that I should not be levying my complaint against them but the insurance company they were representing, but they didnt. So...
I honestly feel the ombudsman is useless.
