Very impressed, Melly. Will draw a veil over my own sorry efforts. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
People, this is meant to be a safe place.
If there is discord it risks ceasing to be that. Please question , as we all need it sometimes. with courtesy and respect.
Personally as a sick person I would dislike discussing it in front of anyone other than who I had to. Though I am quite happy to chat about non personal things and have a giggle with the wonderful women who help me clean every second week.0 -
Well today was a bit of a failure, forgot to set my alarm and slept till 6pm! Managed to drag myself out of bed and to the shopping centre though, got mysef 6 book for £9, so that should keep my bath/reading time going for a while. Got a random earlier shift tomorrow, i'll actually be finished by 5pm so have the evening to myself.
Working all weekend which i'm not looking forwad to but then off next weekend and at a gig so thats ok. Only thing is i'm priced out of hotels, so looking at hostels. But i;v never stayed in one before so don;t know what to expect or how they work? Has anyone stayed in a hostel before? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. It's figuring g out what evidence they want that's been the problem. Today I had to create some of it (Managing Waste Procedure) in order to upload. Are you back to it at the weekend elsien?0

That was the plan. May have to take parent to visit poorly relative instead. 8 hour drive for an hour or 2 hospital visit, so will have to see.
I've stayed in a youth hostel, but I'm guessing that's not what you're looking at, MU.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Don't think sleeping all day is a fail Mu. Your body obviously needed it.
I stayed in hostels during my trip to Aus and they've come a long way from the freezing horrors from school trips. In most hostels you share a room with other people and the loo is down the hall, but some are en-suite or have private rooms now. They're pretty basic which is why they're so cheap and you have to make up your own bed, but I quite enjoyed it. I shared rooms so I got to know people on my trip.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. WaS You have been very quiet since this morning, hope you are ok and coping with the builders.0

I use YHA quite a bit, yes you share a room with 5 others, usually. The beds are made up with quilts and you have a locker to put your stuff in (you will need your own padlock) sometimes the 6-bed rooms have an en-suite loo and there are more showers and loos off the corridors. I usually ask for a bottom bunk, and actually have never had to have a top one, (I just tell them I am old when I book!) You can hire a bath towel if you want to save on packing, I think they are £2, They do reasonable food and have kitchens you can use to make your own stuff and a laundry. Most have wifi and a bar. They do vary a lot, its worth looking at the YHA website.0
