I agree completely, JM. The sharing aspect and having a sounding board is the most important thing to me and likely all that would benefit me now (along with medication for my chemical imbalances) because I have done therapy to death. I don't believe that I am being negative if I say that at the present time the mental health services have nothing new to offer me, I have been there and bought so many t-shirts that I need a new wardrobe.

What helps me now is to be able to share what is in my mind. I said in the first post of the original thread that I am not looking for a cure or solutions but it is incredibly important to me to be heard. Although CMHT may have nothing to offer you, Spider there are other resources out there where you can offload. Be it to a good friend, on here, a counsellor or to a complete stranger like the Samaritans.

First lot of feedback from tutor evidence is good first storyboard is fine next will need to be more in depth but for this module is good. Get last evidence added and me passed module 1. 9 more to go.

I'm going to call the gp in the morning to get an emergency appointment. Even if cmht can't help surely they can offer something & not ignore someone in crisis. Thank you for the nudge & reassurance. I've been in and out of mental health services since I was 13 & tried most forms of help, DBT being the best. I agree that services are incredibly stretched, so you are right its not my fault they couldn't help.
I'm going hour by hour at the moment just to scrape through & I'm going to do some of my cross stitch to keep my hands busy with something better than destruction, which if the bad part of my mind has its way, would happen. I must not listen.

Yes, stay with us SWC and keep talking - there is usually someone around here. Tell the CMHT clearly that you are in crisis and at risk of self-harm (if that is what you are saying). Don't listen to those lying voices, just keep yourself safe for now and look after yourself. Please will you give yourself a present from me and pamper yourself. Do something nice for yourself - maybe a nice smelling moisturiser, and tell yourself that someone cares enough to want you to be nice to yourself, even if you don't feel like looking after yourself xxxxx

Pyxis - not sure yet! Have seen agoutis, armidillo, howler monkeys, caiman, marmosets, capuchin monkeys, capybara and others. Due to the political unrest in Venezuela we have a change of route and itinery which we should get in the next few days... Currently in west Brazil. We went to a sloth sanctuary but they didn't have any resident sloths!

WaS, the living rainforest should be great, I have been to one local to where i live and really enjoyed it. I am so impressed with your activities and WaSp game hero teasing!
