My card came 20 days after the current card expired. That was without the added bonus of a postal strike. If you keep calling them every ten days to say you don't have the card, they will keep sending you a new one. Then you'll get 2 or 3 cards together, but none will work as they would have been cancelled.
Then again they told me 3 times that my card had been sent, then I had a letter stating that they were going to send me a standard card because they weren't doing photocards anymore, but they didn't know when they would be sending it. I had the card 2 days after receiving the letter. This prove that they've never sent any cards when I was told that they sent it.
Your new card will have a new number, so you'll have to wait for a new pin, then call them to make sure that they send you a new passcode and registration number to be able to go to your account online.
Hoopylass, I am so sorry for you.:(
