He doesn't have to, its up to him if he wants to share that.

I know he doesn't have to, and if Barney has been the one to foot-the-bill and he's happy with that then it's not a problem. But some people could see it as a sign of, like you've just said ..................
........ There's taking it slow, and there's taking the proverbial.
Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

She's been single for over two years, I generally pay.

Has she ever offered to pay - either for the whole evening or go dutch?

How do your financial circumstances compare?

Because having children and not being long out of a relationship affects your ability to kiss someone. :)

Maybe she's not into him. Maybe she's part of a religion that forbids kissing before marriage. Maybe she read the rules and decided to play some games to keep him keen. Maybe she had a cold sore.

There could be 1001 maybes, if there's little ongoing physical contact it doesn't bode well.

People don't need to be all over one another like a rash but in a new relationship you'd expect some kissing. I'm sure people of other cultures kiss as well.

There's taking it slow and there's taking the proverbial.

That's what I am meaning, it's difficult to reply as the OP is slowly leaking 'crucuial' info.
Then hence we can only summise based on our own experiences and beliefs.
She may not be into him, if that is the case and he is paying for all the dates then it's fair to conclude she is using him.
She maybe into him and thinks he is a player and the OP could be trying to buy his way into her panties, then she would be right to take her time.
Then there are all the scenarios in between, they may have agreed to just go out for company (although 11 times in 8 weeks seems excessive) and one has changed the goal posts.

    My opinion too.

A bit like 'how long is a piece of string' type of question.

    I didn't spot this earlier.
OK Barny , what is it you are 'expecting ' from the relationship?
Just a leg over or something more committed family n ting?
I can sort of understand that if she has not dated as in relationship for 2 years then either she has chosen so or circumstances dictated that she was unable to, also prior to dating her how long had you also been single?

Being single for 2 years what made her suddenly want to start dating? How did you meet?

Have you actually tried to kiss her?

No talked or asked, but tried?

You are possibly embarrassing her & making Her feel arkward discussing it........
