Some people just don't care about 'snogging'.. I certainly don't. Maybe she's the same.

Not really a good sign, maybe when people have been together a while they might not kiss so much (although Im sure some people do), but when you just start dating someone, I'd expect a lot of people will kiss on the first date, or even before then, if they've met up with someone and had a kiss and then arranged to meet up.

11 dates in and nothing is a bit odd.

Well, if you think it's time to move on because she doesn't want a 'proper snog', that's her gain (imho).

I think there is enough explanantion there, personally I now think she was stringing you along, she doesn't know you well enough for a simple kiss, yet is happy to go on many dates.
If you want a date with a big kiss at the end, then keep on looking, your friend can continue being extra cautious, it's a win win.

I'm not convinced she was stringing the OP along.

We don't know the ages of the OP & this lady. At age 18, I'd have thought it was pretty strange but maybe at age 60, I might not want to have a 'good snog' with someone I felt I didn't know well enough.

We don't know her background - has she just come out of a bad relationship (maybe abusive or been cheated on) and is unwilling - or even unable - to let someone in too soon (that is: too soon for her).
Maybe she's just not as demonstrative as the OP.

If the lack of a 'good snog' is a relationship-breaker or the OP, I agree he should move on and let this lady look for someone that will let her take any relationship at the speed that she is comfortable with.
