but all it says is 'got contact details and phoned ' - could well have been a mobile number. Crystal ball still required. The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0 -
As it is, your item has a scheduled delivery date, and at the moment, it has not exceeded the deadline, therefore no rules have yet been broken by the seller, your impatience for an earlier delivery and assumption that the seller should do what you personally would do, will not wash with the terms of the sale.
I know.
I dont want it early - i just would like to know when its going to be dispatched. As has been said repeatedly - the seller has had payment a week and it hasnt been dispatched, nor have they updated me on when it might be dispatched.
Do you think thats acceptable?0 -

I take it you are just willfully missing the point now?
Seller has had payment a week, hasnt dispatched, hasnt updated on when they might dispatch it. Seller doesnt seem remotely concerned or inclined to try to sort it. Finding it frustrating. Others have agreed.0 -

So you "assumed"?
Glad i was able to clear it up for you. :beer:0 -
Thank you.
I didnt think the "internet was down" was relevant at the time particularly as the seller said "it was back up now" and was going to contact TNT and then never got back to me anyway via email, ebay or otherwise.
You didn't think downed internet was relevant in an online sale? Geez, post your ebay ID and see how many BBLs you appear on. Does the TNT tracking number supplied show anything?0 -

I cannot see anyone on here agreeing with you.0 -
What are you going to be like by Thursday? Will you check in each day or just wait? I've subscribed, can't miss this one.0

I dont think it was relevant because i dont believe it was. I think she was telling porkies to excuse why she hadnt replied.
The TNT tracking number supplied doesnt show anything as it hasnt been picked up yet. Its showing as an item dispatched in september (TNT recycle their tracking numbers)0
