Evening - having a catch up as I broke my phone yesterday and am on a really old (painfully small and slow) mobile at the moment. I've just managed to get time sit down with the laptop. It means I've also lost my SW syns app for now
Before I update my food, a question about EESP if I may? I was talking with friend who said that to do true EESP, the HEBs should be chosen also out of S or P symbols. Which looking in the book leaves me the choice of 2 ryvitas, and a handful of cooked fruit.
Is that right..??!
Off to catch up on posts and then post what I ended up eating yesterday and what I've eaten so far todayApril 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500 -

DM, I didn't read it as Fluff telling us what to eat or not eat it's SW saying it but who cares about them? We all do the plan as we see fit and if it works let's carry on.
So for future reference TakeItEazy eats Ready Brek, blueberries and yogurt and still calls it SPEE, if SW (or anyone else) don't like it, tough titty :rotfl:

Hi all
Blimey, it's only been 24 hours since my last post and 3 more pages have appeared!
Well done to all the losers, there have been some impressive losses.
TIE - I was STS too, so you don't feel like the only one. As Beanie says, keep plodding, it will work.
I've spent all day today fancying 'something nice'. If there'd been anything of that description to hand I'd have disappeared it without a doubt. I did pop to the shop earlier for milk and considered a few naughty treats but thankfully none of them made it to the checkout. I'm not sure what I was craving, but it wasn't in the shop, if I was in England it might have been different.
All this talk of Pjs reminds me of staying on a campsite on the Costa del Sol a few years ago. One weekend lots of Spanish teenagers stayed and the girls all wore their pyjamas the whole time they were there.
Back tomorrow.

wow it's been a busy weekend in here!
bf has been home which plays hell with my weekend food choices anyway and we've been decorating which hasn't helped plus a little emotional eating has crept in along the way!
Weekends just aren't good for me to be reading/posting as I am rarely 100% on plan (usually 2 meals in three each of the two days) and feel stupid posting about trying to lose weight but eating the way I do.
Bf is away tonight so I've been able to plan for tomorrow a bit better.
So it's looking like this:
breakfast: 2 wheat biscuits (HeB) with milk (from HeA) and a cuppa
lunch: pasta salad (pickled red cabbage, cucumber, baby plum tomatoes, left over slow cooker gammon, pasta shells), melon chunks, green grapes
dinner: if bf is back in time it will be chicken dippers (1.5 syn each so I'll have 4 = 6syn) with mash and veggies. if he isn't back it will be baked chicken breast with mash and veggies.
I've found a leek and a green cabbage in the veg draw; not decided what to do with them yet. I may saute some of each of them off to have with my chicken. I think I will just sliced and freeze the leek and slice, blanche and freeze the cabbage maybe...hmm************************************

What a day!!! I've been running all day, missed breakfast, had just a cup a soup for lunch and then this evening I managed to have proper supper - minestrone soup and salad.
Tomorrow will be a bit more organised!Trying to keep in budget.
