1.. It was me with the diary.. I can't decide what to enter in the exercise bit (I don't exercise so I might use it as a mood record)

Am I going to have to exercise now to write it in my diary

BEG - sorry but i had to laugh at the amount of times you said knob and the childishness in me can't help but laugh at that word! Especially when it's a dodgy knob!!:rotfl::rotfl:

My weigh in was this morning, nearly cried off because the weather was so awful, but I'm glad I went because I lost 2lbs this week. I got my 1.5 stone shiny and my club 10 awards, so was really pleased with that.

Well done on your loss bellkat and on your 1.5 shiney and club 10 :T

Oh I nearly forgot to say I've lost 2lbs this week Shala :j. I have done three EE SP days this week and whilst I am pleased with the 2lb loss, I don't know if it was worth the effort. Think I will just stick to what I have been doing and be 'carb aware'.

Well I have eaten SW scotch egg with wedges and beans followed by three spiced chocolate almonds and two large squares of dark chocolate with lemon and pepper (I bought this for DH for Christmas thinking I wouldn't like it and guess what ..... I do :o)

Catching up with some tv now.

So, unsure if this is EESP (or should that be S'PEE? lol) or not due to the HEB's or not but her was what we actually had yesterday, and what I've ad so far today:

    Yesterday:
B: 4 ryvita dark rye (HEB1) with apple and ham
L: Weetabix minis (HEB2) with milk (HEA)
D: Chilli with roast carrots, baby sweetcorn and green beans (2 syns for thickening gravy powder)
Snacks: 2 biscuits (10 syns) and tea with rest of HEA milk
    13 syns total

    Today:
B: 4 ryvita dark rye (HEB1) with apple and ham
L: Chilli with roast carrots (1 syn for thickening gravy)
D: Chilli with roast carrots (it was a whopper of a batch we made up, lol) (2 syns for thickening gravy)
Snacks: Weetabix minis (HEB2) with milk (HEA) - yet to be munched. Tea with rest of HEA milk
    3 syns so far

    There's no
denying that I am feeling hungry doing the EESP days at the moment. I went to bed hungry last night and didn't fancy fruit so just went to bed hungry.

I'm feeling hungry now too so will have the weetabix minis and milk

I'm surprised how much I've enjoyed the roasted carrots with other veg instead of rice. I'm not saying it'll 'work' with all carby meals but it worked well with the chilli

Off to have a munch. No work tomorrow which is lovely but it might be dangerous for the diet - I'll try and have another S'PEE day, and will arm myself with apples and satsumas for while I'm out

Think I'm on my own here.. Can't stand staying in my pj's.. As soon as I'm up and showered I have to get dressed, even if I'm not going out and having a lazy day :p

Had an EE day today, enjoyed a banana for brekkie and pasta for tea.. The sausage and mustard pasta from the feasts on a budget book is delish!

Head not fully on the game lately.. Lack of sleep taking its toll I think.. Plodding is as good as it gets for now.. Hopefully I'll be back on it soon!

    Good Afternoon :)

    Well done greentiger :T:T

    Well done ilovetea :T:T

Also well done mildredd :T you lost didn't put on so I am pleased for you :D

They are trying to play mind games with me now at work  But tweets isn't fooled and its going in one ear and out the other ;)

Today I got told how slim I looked because I had a different jumper on with my black leggings :D. The 3 of them went on I didn't need to lose more would look to skinny. I told them I am going below 11 stone . Near top end of 12 at moment. Sorry I cant post weight my fingers wont let me :(

Don't listen to them tweets. Get to where you feel comfortable with but do look in the mirror sometimes. I lost ahem a fair amount and got to target. I felt great. Then I went a few lbs below target (the same weight that I was yonks ago when I had my first child) and was really chuffed until a good friend remarked that I looked ill.:eek:I looked into the mirror and saw that she was right - I did look 'scraggy' (size 8-10- were very loose fitting whereas in younger days I was a 10-12 at the same weight - I am fairly tall). I maintained target until recently when RL dealt a double whammy to my immediate family.:mad: I've gone off plan a bit as long days between hospitals caused havoc but I know now that I can knock off the couple of lbs that I've gained.

Shortie, maybe you could up your speed foods a little in your breakfast/lunches. It would make them more SP and you'd be a little less hungry :D

All this talk of pyjamas! I am in the process of writing to our village supermarket because I don't think they should allow people in wearing pyjamas and dressing gowns.

They have notices up saying people must not wear helmets and another saying people are not allowed in bare chested. I find it quite repulsive seeing a local girl in her pyjamas or onesie. She is very grubby and if she can't be bothered to get dressed you know full well she hasn't washed either. It really makes me feel ill seeing her especially around stuff like loose fruit and veg.

TIE, strictly speaking oats are not gluten free but if you can tolerate them and they work for you go ahead. I can't tolerate oats at all, there are gluten free ones you can get but I can't tolerate those either. Keep doing what you're doing, it's working for you!

Both TIE and I have dietary issues. I am both gluten and lactose intolerant, TIE has many other foods she is intolerant too. I really don't care if SW 'ALLOW' the use of gluten free products or not, without them I and TIE would be very ill. I have been following SW my way for quite sometime now and it is working. SW are not medical/nutritional experts, and I doubt you are either, how dare you come in here as a newcomer and start telling us what we can and can't do!

So much for niceness being extended to newcomers!

I was just pointing out what the SW plan states. Some people may have overlooked the recommendations re: GF as it is fairly hidden. If its working for you fine, but for others the GF option may affect weightloss

However i thought i was being helpful with regard to porridge oats v readybrek, because for most people it is the texture of oats that puts them off. Youve explained why you dont eat oats, nuff said
