Some great weightlosses on here. I am hoping it rubs off on me as this is my first week back on SW.

I am sticking to it and walking daily but I've done this in the past and lost maybe half a pound and then stay the same for weeks and then lose a pound. I am just a slow loser and it's very frustrating.

    thinking positive though. :)

Gonesouth - it's awful isn't it xx Don't worry though because we'll look a million dollars soon and we'll love having our photos taken :D

Mildredd - I hope you have a weird crush on Daryl!! although he really needs a good wash he is lovelier as the series goes on :D

treeny - don't worry, I don't post the chart until tomorrow night so I can keep all you awkward;):D Monday weighers in week 1.. It was me with the diary.. I can't decide what to enter in the exercise bit (I don't exercise so I might use it as a mood record)

ilovetea - way to beat your target in week 1 :T:rotfl: course you can change it - just let me know what you want it to be..

BEG - sorry but i had to laugh at the amount of times you said knob and the childishness in me can't help but laugh at that word! Especially when it's a dodgy knob!!:rotfl::rotfl:

Pennylane - Wiz has the slow loss trouble too, but she keeps plodding, maybe she can tell us how much she has lost in total so far.. trying is better than not trying at all!

Good on you tweets!! Maybe when your fingers get thinner you'll find it easier to type.;)

    :rotfl::rotfl: love it... so cheeky!

Am I the only person who feels guilty if i'm in my PJ's all day? I just can't do it.. I always think someone is going to come to the door

Hi all, well done to all the losers, some really great results.

My weigh in was this morning, nearly cried off because the weather was so awful, but I'm glad I went because I lost 2lbs this week. I got my 1.5 stone shiny and my club 10 awards, so was really pleased with that.

The inspiration from this thread keeps me going through the week between meetings, so thanks everyone, and thanks Shala for doing the chart xx

Oh dear, don't know what I started with all this GF/oats conversation :o
DM, I didn't read it as Fluff telling us what to eat or not eat it's SW saying it but who cares about them? We all do the plan as we see fit and if it works let's carry on.

So for future reference TakeItEazy eats Ready Brek, blueberries and yogurt and still calls it SPEE, if SW (or anyone else :p) don't like it, tough titty :rotfl:

Runs off before the fighting starts ;)
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Well done, Mildredd, jamiegem, jpscloud, bellkat and ilovetea.

Treeny, I’d be happy to go along with your idea. It just means a 7 week challenge rather than 8.

The PJ issue – I love my PJs too. I do get them on as early as I can (OH keeps saying things like, “What if someone comes to the door?” So?) I do try to get dressed as soon as I get up, otherwise it’ll be lunchtime – and I don’t do anything house related in PJs, just reading, watching rubbish tv or passing time on the computer.

    I like your style, tweets.

    Anyway, here’s today’s effort

Breakfast: porridge made with water, splash hexa milk, banana
Snack (originally wrote smack, which is what I deserve, lol): 1 Lindt chocolate (4 syns)
Lunch: kale and potato soup, Onken 0% fat apple & mango yogurt
Dinner: macaroni cheese (8½ syns), including hexa Cheddar allowance, tomatoes, beetroot, ½ hexb toast
Snack: something with remaining ½ hexb, plus Clementine

    Sending good vibes for tomorrow.

Wow a lot of Monday WIs around here! Congrats on all the losses, and congrats to the STS too...anything that's not a gain is to be celebrated :)

I've had a total disaster of a day. Woke up at about 3 and couldn't get back to sleep. As soon as the alarm went off at 6:30 though I was struggling to keep my eyes open getting out of the bed! My ME was being an absolute *insert plenty of obscene words here* today! Got into work and found that my colleague who does weekends hadn't bothered to do much work. I was in such a foul mood by that stage, I picked up the phone and ranted at my manager for half an hour, even though she doesn't even start work until 9:o

When I got home from work I was so shattered I got into bed with all my clothes on and had a 2 hr nap! Through it all I was praising myself for sticking to my EESP, but in the last half hour I think I've eaten every bit of chocolate in the house! I'm too afraid to count up the syns because if it's worse than I think, I'll go into tomorrow thinking I might as well continue since there's no possibility of a loss this week anyway :(
