Strangely enough I was going to post the same earlier as I'd noticed that wiz had a EESP day with that one exception. I think you're right that we all have to adapt SW to our own circumstances as the alternative would probably be giving up altogether. As wiz is diabetic, then like shala said EESP is not recommended but that's because of the low carb element. If you're having syns as biscuits and crackers and also pulses then it shouldn't be a problem especially as it isn't a long term plan. I'd say that anyone with specific health issues should check with their GP like MrsR did. It's meant to be a Healthy Eating plan, it's not much use if it makes anyone ill!!

I'm another that doesn't hurry to get dressed unless I have an appointment. I only work part time now :jand mostly from home.

Strange day for food here. DH and I are like ships that pass today so we're getting our own suppers so I can indulge myself!:)

    EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, HEA milk, baked beans
    D: JP, cottage cheese, beetroot
S: egg, chips, pickled onions, mushrooms
    Syns: scrape of spread

Just realised this could easily be a Green day, so maybe later I'll have 1/2 Alpen lights with my tea when I get back from dancing.:D

Well a disappointing food day for me today - I've not been able to eat most of my tea, it's making me gag.. not sure why. I feel sick even thinking about it!! I used the rest of Healthy extras and syns on it.. really annoyed, I hope I can just muddle on until bedtime without needed to eat anything extra.

Fluff - i'd add another HEA just to make sure you're getting your calcium. Calcium helps with weight loss apparently so it won't hurt.

Meg - hope your dinner turned out ok x

    tweets - great losses... :T

Flateric - I've never seen nutracheck before, but it just looks like Myfitnesspal which is free. MFP might be a better choice.

So for the challenge these are the people I am missing weigh ins for this week... let me know if I've missed your result and i'll update it..

    - 2 lb for me , delighted as i was justfollowing loosely . I'm more prepared this week. I made dinners for theweek chicken chow Mein, chicken curry, two lasagne and a chilli. Loads of fruit and veg for salads. Laughing cow cheese eggs etc. I'm in the ZONE!!!!
  • Well done on the latest losses. :T

Thanks for the info on the Mullers and Danone 0% jock. I think we have a Heron in the next town so will try to pop in if I make it through the week. I probably wouldn't mind the smaller Mullers as I find the standard ones a bit big. Not really a fan of diet yoghurts - thick and creamy ones are a different matter though ;)

I have received my Diet Doodle Diary too but haven't got around today to starting it. Does look like fun but as for drawing pics well ..... I'm certainly not an artist. :D

Not overly looking forward to class tonight. I know that the scales aren't going to show much of a loss if any in fact but if last week is anything to go by it will be so busy with all the returnees and new members and if lots stay for Image Therapy. Lets hope they all do stay anyway for the number of weeks required and then there is a possibility of getting another earlier class put on.

Oh I blitzed the cooker this afternoon, pulled it out and cleaned behind and done all the shelves. Took the knobs off and cleaned behind them and all of this is because we are going to have to call the repair man out as we have a dodgy knob and it is covered against such things. Trouble is he will have to come out and inspect (wait in all day as they wont give us a time slot), he will agree that we need a new knob and then we will have to have another appointment (another all day affair) for him to pop the knob onto the cooker. If only we could just ring up, tell them the problem and then they could send one out in the post. It is the same problem we have had time and time again. They have 'improved' the part ie now made of plastic instead of metal and it keeps dropping to bits

Oh well DH is going to make some scotch eggs for supper when I get back in from class :j

Hi all, apologies, haven't had time to read back yet and offer any congrats etc. but will do in a bit if I can.

Happy to report 2lbs off this week! Whew! I did think it might be more but not grumbling, my syns are always over at the moment so that explains it.

Hope everyone is well, and good luck all!

Shala, thank you very much for the chart.
