Missed you all.
Been at my mum's for a couple of days.
Went to see Aled Jones & then went for a lovely lunch yesterday.
Dident weigh last night.
So a STS for this week.
A friend i had not seen for a while said I looked slim ~~she must need her eyes tested :rotfl:

I've booked a holiday for tomorrow at SW, I've got five more holidays to use and I'm 4lbs from target. I have a busy day and can probably make a different group but as I will lose my five weeks holiday when I get to target, figure I might as well save a fiver.0
