Don't listen to them tweets. Get to where you feel comfortable with but do look in the mirror sometimes. I lost ahem a fair amount and got to target. I felt great. Then I went a few lbs below target (the same weight that I was yonks ago when I had my first child) and was really chuffed until a good friend remarked that I looked ill.:eek:I looked into the mirror and saw that she was right - I did look 'scraggy' (size 8-10- were very loose fitting whereas in younger days I was a 10-12 at the same weight - I am fairly tall). I maintained target until recently when RL dealt a double whammy to my immediate family.:mad: I've gone off plan a bit as long days between hospitals caused havoc but I know now that I can knock off the couple of lbs that I've gained.

My target weight is more than it was years ago. I have it set at 11-7 and am 5ft 9 tall :T

I wont listen to them they are jealous. One lost 8lbs last week doing the Cambridge Diet . I couldn't do that if I was paid :)
Packet powdered food you add water and drinks she pays £35 a week  not :money:

I will never be less than 14-16 but that's better than 20-22 which some of my PJ's where when I started SW they are gone in bin and the new 16-18 sizes are now being worn :j:j:j

I look in full length mirror everyday at work ;)

Phew! Finally caught up. Some fantastic losses, wow, 8 lb in one week? Great motivation.

I think it will be a gain for me this week, been eating everything in sight. I need to get my head back into the zone

I used to have a second job in an off licence and the number of customers that appeared in their pjs at all times throughout the weekend was shocking! It turned me to be quite honest!!

I have been guilty of throwing a coat over a pj top to run over to the garage but always stick my jeans on! Have washed and brushed hair etc!!

Mildredd get your bra on you rascal! :naughty:

Shala Every time I hear of the word knob I will think of you !

BEG - Your doing so well just keep going!!! :T

Think I'm getting the cold again meh! No heating in work yesterday coz the clampits ran out of oil won't have helped that. :wall:

Went to CX Works last night (Flat belly class) as I call it. Horrendous never taking a month off from that sort of class again, thought I was going to vomit._pale_ But least I'm back and I will commit to every Monday now that I am in the country! I can now see how in shape I was and out of shape I have let myself get again. My belly was my bug bear but you want to see the state of it again right now. I'm ashamed. Hopefully by the end of the month it will have returned to its more toned state.

Still doing the old EE plan loosely, not counting syns and having double HE(b) & too much cheese. I'll get there in my own way and time I guess. Don't think there will be anything off this week either but as long as its not a gain I can cope with that.

All this talk of what you can and can't have etc. Folks I would be a big advocate of yes follow the plan but different things will work for different people and you've got to find out what does and doesn't work for you. I've lost 6.7 stone not following it strictly to the letter but 75 % I guess so definitely think that there is room for adjustments and personal preferences depending on the individual!

Feeling very zen like and peaceful right now which is only a good thing and I am clinging on to it while it lasts. Enjoying a welcome break from dramas.

Will go up tonight and do 45 mins on the treadmill snow permitting. :(

    Morning :)

PJs at the school gate? That would never have happened when my children were at school, it was more like a fashion competition!

I was really shocked when Tesco announced their no PJ policy as I'd never dream of going shopping in them and didn't realise people were doing it. Mind you, if you're open 24 hours, what do you expect? :rotfl:

Having said that, work for me is running a caravan site shop and we get customers in PJs and onesies all the time. It goes with the territory and I'm not aware of any distaste from other customers but I'll be on the lookout for it this year.

Back on topic - well done to all the losers, some amazing weightloss. :T

Have I missed the chart? I'd like to know what the total weight loss is for week 1. It must have made a sizeable hole in the 42+ stone we're aiming for.

    LL :)
    Start BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.3

Why ever not? That's fine if you're happy at 14-16 but you can do whatever you want. Remember the world's your lobster (and it's a P food on the new plan;)).

I'm sure shala said she planned to post it later today.

You sound a bit out of sorts jock. Hope you soon get back in the zone. It seems that your experiment with EESP knocked you a bit off course. What is it you're turning to in the evenings? I find it best not to buy things that tempt me (like crisps:drool:) but that's not always possible if you're catering for a family.

Had a quick look at the online menu for lunch. They actually do JPs but I can hear the call of the fish and chips and that's assuming we only have one course!:rotfl:

    Feeling better this morning.

    EE Menu:

B: GF Cocoa pops & BD milk. Decaff coffee & BD milk.
L: Mushy pea curry, stir fried cabbage & prawns. Blueberries. Tea with BD milk.
D: Turkey pasta bake(made with Lactofree cheese)(5), broccoli & sweetcorn. Tea with BD milk.

    S: 6 x DF chocolate (6). Cocoa.

Got a huge BNS from Lidl at the weekend so plan to do some batch cooking, Campfire stew, BNS stew & chilli bean soup, will provide some easy lunches for a few weeks. I got a large tin of Chilli from Lidl for £1.50ish it has 5 syns in whole tin so if I get 5 bowls(usually get more) out of the soup then thats only 1 syn per bowl.

Gradually intend to cut down on the chocolate even if it is dairy free, have been having sugar free sweets (OH put them in my stocking for Christmas) when I get the munchies to help stave them off.
    Weight loss 0/2st
    Inch loss = 0"

Ha ha Shala, I've a pair of buckets on today. No matter how many I throw out I always still seem to have some!

It's the remnants of the Christmas stuff, I've ate all the Celebrations except the Bounty's. I'm now starting on the Christmas cake (only a quarter left) and some biscuits.

I'm just struggling not to go massively over the syns, think I stuck to the plan once this week.

I still think I'll either STS or post a small loss at weigh in tonight, but I just can't seem to be able to stop eating them.

I don't know if the SP has messed me up, made me lack for sugar and carbs, etc.
