Yes, some of my naughty's went to the foodbank as well as a lot of stuff I dont use from the food cupboard.
This month I will stay on plan as much as I can but will also be using up freezer supplies as I have a 21st prezzie to pay for.
Its my baby boys 21st a week sunday and I have no idea what to get him. Asked him if he wanted to go out for a big family meal and he said no he just wants a 'proper' roast dinner with proper roast potatoes and proper yorkshire puddings and a cheesecake for dessert. Dont know what to get pressie wise either, all he wants is DVDs or video games but thats not very memorable for a significant birthday is it? I think I will at least get him an engraved glass as juice is all he drinks and it will get a lot of use.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Haha - love the Friday enthusiasm, haven't felt like that for a few years!
The craic here is a night in with Friday night telly, ending with Graham Norton, which I love and hate to miss.
Crabapple - not to say this is what you should have done, but when I lost weight my rings were too big so I had them made smaller. Now the weight is back on again and I struggle to get them on and off.
TIE - how about a piece of jewellery for your son's 21st, maybe a signet ring?
Can't remember who mentioned banana sandwiches, but one of my favourites is a combination of peanut butter, banana and honey. Goodness knows how many calories it would be, but it's gorgeous!!
Back tomorrow.

For the challenge I would like to loose 11lbs and at yesterdays (thurs) WI, I lost 1&1/2lbs so can that count? xxPay ALL your debt off by Xmas 2023 #59 £7008 Paid £570 Owing £6438 #1 H1 £151, #2 H2 £100, #3 O £200, #4 M £1500, #5 Z £295, #6 C1 £340, #7 L £1084, #8 N £840, #9 C2 £19300

Well done shala, beanie, naturaljazz, nic, mummyroysof3 and Bunty.
TIE, I like the ingredients in your sandwich (apart from peanut butter) – just not together, lol. Crabapple, I love buttery banana rolls – but def no sugar! Sugar and butter are just wrong together!
I also will need to get my rings resized. I had to have them cut off a few years ago and now they are too big. I don’t want new ones though. Enjoy your new ring.
That omelette looks delicious, mich.
if Im out and I order the sw choice and not what I want I end up in a mood go home and binge on stuff I didn't want - whereas if I'd ordered what I wanted in 1st place I don't binge I feel all satisfied and full and happy
I’m with you there, Mildredd.
Oww! Thanks for the kick up the rear end, tweets - totally justified (see today's menu).
Hello, Doris. Come in and find a seat.
Such a shame that you've got such b*tchy people at your group. I'm sure it's all jealousy.
Or maybe it’s admiration!
maman, Home bargains is fab – and every one I’ve been in has been soooo spacious!
Here’s Friday.
Breakfast: banana
Snack: (you guessed it) the last spiced pear muffin – OH forgot to eat it and he who hesitates …. And I needed the box it was in. And my brain was addled because I’d got soaked going to doc’s.
Lunch: red pepper and onion omelette, with beetroot & tomatoes, hexb bread and butter (3syns)
Dinner: chicken Italian burger (delicious), beans - but then it went pear shaped (oops, Freudian slip) – well fired white roll and butter and spicy curly fries followed by kiwi & Clementine….. and a mince pie (there are 7 mince pies left)
Snack (what a cheek): 3 mini baby bel light and grapes
Here’s to a better tomorrow.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
TIE- For our daughters' 18th we planted a small tree. She is in her thirties now and it is great to say 'her' tree to family and friends!0

We got him a ring for his 18th but because of his job he couldn't wear it so has it on a chain round his neck.
Annie a tree sounds lovely, don't think he would appreciate it though.
Have ordered the glass! Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Doris - if you really don't like your group, go online check out another group and get to that one. I did and have no regrets. Nobody asks why you moved, it is not an issue. Just say the time suits better etc. Do not put up with a cra**y group... its your weight loss journey, and I believe having tried EVERYTHING else that it is the most effective - so change and go for it gal !Remember when you judge someone, it does not define them ... You define yourself :j0
