Just order the salad bar then. Its cheaper and if you want to control syns, potato salad, croutons or a breadstick will be safer than a pizza base or garlic bread

Or have one nice slice of whatever pizza you really really like (or two) and have with loads of free salad. I'd never be able to sit there and have no pizza at all. But if you go in with a plan that suits you it will be easier

There's 11 of us going so there will be stray pizza on the table whatever I order! Some of it will be meaty so that will help me avoid it, but I'm planning to have a couple of slices, not eat the big crust on the outside, and mainly have salad. Hopefully that will work and if I did stick to 2 bits then that's the days syns sorted.

I take back my concerns about Yodel, the ring is here. It is very strange having one on my finger after about 4 months of not being able to wear one for fear of losing it!

Well done on your loss nic :T

    Pasta n sauce on toast?
I have the occasional pasta n sauce and just have it straight up :/ does the toast add anything? (I'm a frugal hexb user though) I have seen pasta n sauce on jacket spud on a sw fb group and thought that was bizarre pasta on a spud :/ carb overload :s

Crabapple good plan :) I'm of the mind set now that if Im out and I order the sw choice and not what I want I end up in a mood go home and binge on stuff I didn't want - whereas if I'd ordered what I wanted in 1st place I don't binge I feel all satisfied and full and happy x

Got myself a ceramic frying pan in the Asda sale.. Half price at £6 thought I'd give it a go instead of buying one of the more expensive ones.. Well, my omelette this morning slid onto my plate instead of being scraped out of the pan.. Fab! :j

Make sure you follow washing instructions to the letter. Mine was only any good for a few weeks and then it was awful. I have a feeling someone in our house didn't clean it properly. I threw it out a few days ago.

Keeping up with this thread is a full time job!
By the time I read it's time to do something else and when I get back there is more to read.
Well done to everyone on here. Your chat is inspiring.
I have enjoyed reading about the SP and I agree with those that said it is a diet and not a total way of life. In saying that I did it this week and lost 6lb so happy with that -- it is almost my Christmas gain another lb and I will be back at pre Christmas weight. But I could not do it for another full week so will only do 2 or 3 days a week. The first thing I did when I got home was have a banana!!!

Oh and mich_city I agree with Pennylane--- Be careful how you wash pan. I still use mine but don't get the lovely slide or non-stick anymore!
