  • I have just realised I have forgotten my tub of melon chunks for today :(

    So far I have had:
2 Weetabix (HeB) wih milk (from HeA) plus a cuppa with milk (from HeA)
    2 small easy peelers

Lunch will be either a tin of sketti or a mugshot since I am so unprepared today, maybe another couple of easy peelers

Tea: chicken topped with bacon (don't fancy any cheese so I'll leave that off mine!) with beans, mixed veg/salad and a couple of potato waffles (6 syn)

Will have 2 mini cookies this afternoon with my cuppa so I'll allow 5 syn for that too.

Total: 11syn. must not snack at home tonight. If I'm not hungry enough for melon chunks, green grapes, or just a huge glass of squash I'm obviously not really hungry!

That's a huge difference in syns for such similar things - you don't think its a typo and should really be 10?

Breakfast was oat bran, skimmed milk and banana.

Got myself a ceramic frying pan in the Asda sale.. Half price at £6 thought I'd give it a go instead of buying one of the more expensive ones.. Well, my omelette this morning slid onto my plate instead of being scraped out of the pan.. Fab! :j

Indications at the moment are I'm STS and I really need a loss this week. To help me with that, we're going to Pizza Hut tomorrow... I'm thinking that I need to fill my boots at the salad bar and try not to have much pizza. Will let you know how that goes...

Just order the salad bar then. Its cheaper and if you want to control syns, potato salad, croutons or a breadstick will be safer than a pizza base or garlic bread

Or have one nice slice of whatever pizza you really really like (or two) and have with loads of free salad. I'd never be able to sit there and have no pizza at all. But if you go in with a plan that suits you it will be easier

Okay, going to admit it here first. It's been a naff end of a week - simply feeling stressed with things going on, nowt else wrong and I've eaten a whole tonne of rubbish today and last night as comfort food

It's WI tomorrow and I'll go but I can't face staying to class. I will have put weight on, there's no way I can't have.

I need to get on top of a few things here tonight which will take some of the stress off, and crack on with sorting some other things out over the weekend which I really hope will help me to distress (I'm at the stage of holding my breath absent minded-ly which I know is a sign of me not handling pressure)

Onwards an upwards for doing from now onwards

I was in Lidl this morning and saw they had a load of Kelkin products in, so I went a bit mad stocking up. I love them but they're usually too expensive for me. I've been able to get all the syns apart from the Buckwheat flakes. I got a box of plain Buckwheat flakes and a box with apple and coconut added. Does anyone know if the plain ones would count as a HEB? Or the syn value for either of them? They're not showing up on the app for me.
