Mildredd~ Not sure how would be a breach of SW if it is just friends/family in their own home?

Tweets - I had a an argument on the 23rd of December with steak comment boy because he was drunk and wanted to come into my house. What's wrong with that you might think nothing, but it was 3am, said individual is married and I work with him. None of this matters of course as long as I don't get too skinny! He was sent off with a boxed ear!!!

Well last night saw the end of any remaining chocolate in the house. Will get there slowly but surely. A sts would do me tomorrow but realistically will probably be a gain, fingers crossed I can get my act together for the following week !

Really really need to get off the cheese !!! My body isn't functioning this week at all either - loathe to say it but might have to get on the sprouts.

Meg72 - Are you lost on your dates?
Mrs Ryan - How are you getting it?

Frogga - Are you still with us?

    Good Afternoon :)

Cheeky monkey I wouldn't even have answered door. Would have been tucked up in bed. If I had been up I don't answer door ,living on my own. I ignore door when I get home from work unless I am expecting a delivery then I peak through blinds ;) :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I think I will have STS :) tomorrow or gained again :(. I tried that new fangled sspp whatever its called for 3 days and got in a pickle think I did it all wrong :D

I have decided I will eat what I was before ;)

What can I have for my dinner folks???

I have steak, onion and mushrooms nd peas

Any suggestions? Not sure I feel like SW Chips and thinking I'm lacking in the potato department ..............

I like to make parcel s of steak, onion and mushroom, tomato any veg, season. just wrap all in foil and bake. I do a batch of these and freeze. They go with baked potato, mashed potato, chips, rice or pasta. or if I cant be asked, then are tasty just on their own.

    meg~good to see you.
Mildredd~I would go for it & see how it goes.
Nothing ventured ect & use pennies for a wee treat.

You too Hun, have you finished stealing Sons choccie and eating toffees, hope so would hate for you to be on Santas naughty list for 2015 :rotfl:

Mildred, I agree with Beanie, cant see how you would be in breach of slimming world , its just helping family and friends, its not as if you are setting up a rival group and I am of the opinion
that they do not have the monopoly on healthy eating, have looked at a lot of recipes in mags that really have been around for years, only difference is they use frylight instead of lard or a heavy glug of oil. , or the litres I used to use to deep fry. Personally don't like frylight and even more don't like the price, bought a spray and just fill up with whatever oil I get on offer, most things only need a couple of sprays.

Go for it with your lovely new family.

I quite enjoyed the programme last night.
I dont think Dr had a personal trainer~ thought it was a friend?

Yeah at first and then you saw her, her friend and a bloke doing the training, the boxing etc, it doesn't really matter, I just thought it wasn't quite equal and no food plans either.
