Tweets - I had a an argument on the 23rd of December with steak comment boy because he was drunk and wanted to come into my house. What's wrong with that you might think nothing, but it was 3am, said individual is married and I work with him. None of this matters of course as long as I don't get too skinny! He was sent off with a boxed ear!!!

Well last night saw the end of any remaining chocolate in the house. Will get there slowly but surely. A sts would do me tomorrow but realistically will probably be a gain, fingers crossed I can get my act together for the following week !

Really really need to get off the cheese !!! My body isn't functioning this week at all either - loathe to say it but might have to get on the sprouts.

Meg72 - Are you lost on your dates?
Mrs Ryan - How are you getting it?

Frogga - Are you still with us?

First weigh in of 2015 tonight!

Feeling motivated - hope it lasts!

Wearing my Fitbug is helping with getting me moving. I've got a busy week at my office desk doing next year's council budget and evening meetings every night so no time for proper exercise. But .........I managed half an hour on the Wii Fit ( when I got it working!!) last night and walked the longer way home. Only managed 7500 steps but I only counted from lunchtime.

Meals are ok and on plan so hoping for a loss next week.

    Have a good day folks!

I have that programme recorded - think I will just flick through it going on the reviews..........

    Morning peeps

Definitely not going to group, I know I should but just can't face it. I'm starting afresh this morning. So for the chart I'll declare a STS please Shala

I didn't like the dr Christian program either, I felt sorry for the woman losing her£100 even though she seemed to have tried her best with the resources she had, while the dr got herself a personal trainer. Dr Christian did advice her to eat more protein. I didnt think the nutritional support was very good.

Better get going, need to make shopping list.

Good luck everyone, now that all the naughties should be out of the house

Flateric - off topic, I know, but I like your reading challenge for 2015 ( in your sig), is that connected to another thread or something you decided for yourself?

Good morning all and THANKS TWEETS for the recipe for Homity Pie
    Looks good. X:T :T :T:D
  • Weigh in this morning after following the new SP plan since Friday and chuffed with a 5lb loss! Happy bunny!
  • morning all, I tried to post last night but wonder bairn has done something to my laptop that if I stop typing for more than a minute or so the keyboard stops working :S

She had a much better nights sleep which was welcomed :)

Hommity pie sounds lovely though I wouldn't use anywhere near as much cheese as that! Maybe I'm tight with cheese but I struggle to fit more than one HeA work in to anything I may and usually I cook to serve 4 (a portion each and 2 left overs for the freezer/my lunches)

The pasta last night was much better than I expected, if I'm honest purely because I got them 3 for £1 in poundworld! But as I boiled three big florets (2 broccoli and 1 cauli) and a load of mixed veg to add to it I didn't finish the pack so I would say it was more like 2 syns (1.75 rounded up) in the end - good as I did succumb to a little lindt bear and a mini malt loaf :/

I am expecting a stay the same at best when I weigh in the morning; to be honest I've had such a hit and miss few days that will be fine. I'm going to plod on until pay day (23rd) then take it up a notch and really try to hammer some good stuff out :)

went and bought some fruit and a few bits for wonder bairn last night at Aldi - definitely swapping to them for as much of my shopping as possible - according to mysupermarket I could probably shave £20/30 off our grocery bill as it stands now. Can't wait to move wonder bairn off formula as that will chop another £33 off it too!

    Today:
Breakfast: 2 wheat biscuits (HeB) plus 150ml ss milk (from HeA) plus a cuppa with 50 ml ss milk (from HeA)
mid morning: NAS squash and a Satsuma (determined to have both of these around 11am as I need the fluids and the fruit!)
lunch: left over pasta from last night (going to call it 2 syns) with ham and then I have done a box filled with bits to nibble on all afternoon; today I have: cucumber sticks, carrot sticks, chopped up baby plum tomatoes and green grapes

I have just realised I didn't get anything out for my tea, whoops!
I think I may have a tub of stew from the freezer - they each have 1 small dumpling in so I will call it 10 syns

I have a melon I bought yesterday which needs chopping up (I am so much easier to snack on it from the fridge if its already chopped up plus that way I can leave some for bf too) so I will do that tonight and that way if I do feel snacky I can chomp on that :)

body magic will be a brisk walk at lunch time followed by quickly cleaning through the house tonight!

The naughties should be out the house??
Obviously you've never met my family who seem to think the purchasing of party food and nibbles and treats is an Olympic sport in which we are excelling at it :/
So I'll be slowly working through that for a few months :/

Slowly getting back on the horse so to speak
I couldn't do an eesp day at the mo so while I understand it Im refusing to look at doing it

In other news / the bfs family have asked would I monitor their weight loss and food for the next year while they slim down for the family wedding next Xmas :/ I'm unsure will have to get amended copies of the plan for them and then commit to seeing them all for a year ... Plus point they said they'd bung me a few quid each week?! Undecided really but could either make or break my decision to attend a consultants meeting and pursue that line of additional employment really

hohum eggs or pasta for lunch today
Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb
