Oh flip just read your post above Shala, I didn't spot it before - put it down to rushing around like a loony trying to catch up on things.

Just been to weigh in, I've lost 1.5 pounds and got Slimmer of the Week!

Quite pleased with this. Apart from New Year's Eve, I've stuck to the plan this week. I did make a nice cheese sauce last night, not SW at all but it was yummy. I'll measure what I used and syn it next time to see. I had it with a Quorn turkey fillet, rice plus broccoli and carrots, so reasonably balanced.

I did my first FIT log this week. I've not kept to all my aims, but I did sign up to a new activity and started it (yoga). Hopefully I'll achieve my next aim of walking to school rather than driving at least once this week.

Tweets I agree- they're jealous that you have the willpower and they dont. Otherwise they'd be helping you, not hindering!

    Umm... what is homity pie?

Does anyone know how many syns are in Allinsons brown snack rolls? I havent had any (yet) but want to check if they are allowed as a HEB?

Ok so, tuesdays plan so far i THINK is EESP *i hope*

B- granny smith apple (late for work as usual)
    Snack: pear
L- ham salad (chard, spinach, carrot, beetroot, celery, sugar snaps, lean ham and fat free dressing) & a VERY bitter clementine
D- pizza chicken with broccoli, sprouts & maybe carrots

HEA- feta cheese on chicken (am i right in thinking 45g - though i dont use it all)
    HEB's - undecided
Syns - nil as of posting

    Sounding ok or need tweaked?
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

Sorry but your gain will get added this week. I am sure you will lose that and much more next Monday. :)

You could be right there jpscloud about workmates but I felt a bit sad when they said I don't need to lose anymore when I know I do .

Like someone said earlier I will know when I need to maintain :)

Thanks Tweets, it was worth a shot!! I got on the scales tonight and they are definitely down a few pounds, and I'm sticking religiously to plan now so hoping for good things. Weekend might be a bit tricky but I so want a good loss this week I should be motivated not to blow it.

4th day back on plan and my size 10 jeans aren't tight anymore. As I'm at target I'll use those as a guide as well as weight. Havering a stress about my ou course and wanting to turn to chocolate but will stick to max of 15 syns but will use a second heb if I want an Alpen light later

I agree i have good willpower even have to keep saying NO when at mums at the weekend. I stay for dinner/lunch on sunday and the things she keeps asking me if I want for dessert and I say NO every week :T:T:T

Bitter clementine I would have thrown it away ;)

They aren't really changing EE, it's the same as ever but they've simplified a few of the categories like there's no FF and HH and stuff. EESP is designed to be used for a week to kickstart things or for the odd day here and there and is about 50/50 Protein/Speed food, less carbs so no unlimited free pasta/rice/potatoes.

My meals today were EESP. My snacks however were shameful. I really need a kick up the backside again :(

Oh, and Santa did shave his beard! Took years off him!!

Thanks for that. I hadn't realised it was only for the short term. :)

please can I join you all. just weighed and my goodness am 17.2. I can associate with frogga. im sure we were separated at birth. 10lb for me, but only weighing in at end of month thanks

I think I am yours and Froggas missing triplet!!:rotfl::rotfl: I can't even face going on the scales at home and am dithering over whether to go back to SW using my £4.95 coupon.

I have been eating my way through all the leftover Xmas/new Year stuff. I have had a box of maltesers on two evenings and I've had biscuits tonight and I haven't eaten biscuits for two years!! I bought reduced cheese selection boxes and obviously that means eating crackers too. I think the gist of it is I don't WANT to go back to SW but I do want to lose weight.

I am cross that I lost nearly 2 stones very slowly and I've put it all back on. My clothes look awful, I feel sluggish and I am lethargic.
At the same time I hated parts of being on SW .... Like being with a large group of women and they're all drinking wine or lattes and I'm on diet coke. They're mostly having desserts and I'm not. I walk and cycle most days and my friends walk as far as their cars and they're
all still slimmer than me. :(:(
