Had the spiralizer out again today.. Kung Pao Chicken With courgette 'noodles'

SW Adapted the recipe from here.. http://www.skinnytaste.com/2014/08/kung-pao-chicken-zoodles-for-two.html#more used tom puree to thicken the sauce instead of sweetener and cornflour - frylight instead of oil and extra veggies as always :)

Tweets - you could be right in thinking that your work mates are jealous, but I also think people take a while to get used to the change when you lose weight. If it bothers you, tell them you've stopped trying to lose weight but you have to stick to the plan to maintain, that will give you a reason not to tuck into things that aren't on the plan.

Jocko - loving your strategy to win the fruit and SOTW sticker. :rotfl:

b_e_g - your DH sounds lovely, not for doing the cooking (more men should do their share IMO) but because he's so supportive. :D What is homity pie? Sounds like something they'd eat on Beverley Hillbillies! (Showing my age. :o)

Welcome to all the new people and to the returners.

Hi all, sorry to be a pain - I'm not sure what to do about this 1lb gain I had at weigh in yesterday. Does it get recorded on the chart, and is my new target 15lbs? Or could I count this as week 1, reporting next Monday for the first chart record, as Monday is my weigh in? (she says hopefully!!)

Tweets, I think sometimes people say you look fine meaning to compliment you on the changes you've made - then again, they could just be sabotagers. I have someone who does that - although I'm bigger than she is, and have a very scary BMI, she constantly questions my need to do anything about it.

Sorry but your gain will get added this week. I am sure you will lose that and much more next Monday. :)

You could be right there jpscloud about workmates but I felt a bit sad when they said I don't need to lose anymore when I know I do .

Like someone said earlier I will know when I need to maintain :)
