    Hi again

Mich - you're before and afters are great, well done. :j
I bet I haven't got a picture of me before I'd lost a stone, I tend to avoid cameras and delete photos I don't like when I'm heavy.

Meg - you should write a book about your experiences, it could rival Bridget Jones, or dare I say it, Fifty Shades of Grey! :D

After saying yesterday that sweet things don't bother me, I was in Aldi today and sorely tempted with some of the continental goodies they had. A packet of chocolate crisp biscuits jumped onto the belt, but then I found some resolve and made them get back where they belonged!

    Have a good evening.

Mich - I know I already said it on Instagram but your weight loss is amazing :T:T well done!

Jock - i'm with you on EESP being a bit boring.. i'd rather do a red day and have 2 heb that includes limited potatoes & pasta :D and at least you get two HEA's too so you can have cheese and milk.

Crabapple - we missed the start too, I never knew how old Chris actually was! She looks soooo much better after the make over. I don't mind who wins.. I haven't really "bonded" with any of them.

Lantanna - my spiralizer didn't turn up  I managed to cancel the order and buy one off Ebay instead... rubbish Amaz0n. Glad to see you and Mildredd back  I was wondering where you'd gone too.

Meg - as most people know I met my lovely boy online and it's all very lovely and nice and moving along swimmingly (I've pointed him in the direction of nice rings :o) but I found the whole online messaging profile nosing thing so stressful

    Honeyyyyy i'm hoooooommmmmmmme!!!!

Lordy how i've missed this place! Ok so i fell off the wagon entirely! :embarasse:shocked::embarasse actually the wagon got pushed off the grand canyon with my lardy butt - so back to SW i go!

I'm trying to do it solo this time since the last time i was here i bought a house haha!! I'm soooooooooooooooo glad you guys have explained the extra easy SP changes in detail though - honestly it was starting to confuse me! (Gonna have to work on eating 2 HEBs though)

    Kick started today with:

B - pear (no food in fridge - mr T on route as i type)
L - ham salad (mixed lettuce, spinach, cherry tomatoes, celery, lean ham, yellow pepper, sugar snap peas and fat free dressing)
    D - pizza chicken & salad
    Snacks- pear, melon
HEA - 45g feta (on my chicken)
HEB - hifi light bar (old stock i had)

Does that sound ok?? Still trying to get my head back in the game

P.s just saw my sig - ohhhh that puts me to shame lol! Ive put a fair bit of that back on... definitely back to the grindstone!
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!:grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:
  • Well I'm officially off EESP, had a small baked potato with the chicken but claimed it as a HEB which you could do on Red Days. But just going back to EE with enough data to tell the group.

I'll just stick to EESP meals for now when I fancy them.

I wouldn't get too hung up on it if you're losing weight.

I'm fairly certain I could gain weight on SW following the rules that I can eat as much as I want of the plan food.
