B over night oats with yoghurt muller lite strawberry, frozen berries raspberries blackberries and cherries
pomegranate seeds to snack
Hea Milk
L 2 crispbread heb lettuce toms cucumber, beetroot, onion,
fresh sliced ham
D Sw sausages mash broccoli carrots with onion oxo gravy.
followed by sugar free jelly and fruit a blob of reduced fat cream
Diet coke cherry , asda healthy crisp 4.5 syn
I'm assuming this is EE (as you're having mash) fay. As you've 2 HEBs in there (oats and crisp bread) you'll have to syn the lowest one of them.Minus 3 for me last nite
Just gotta keep that going now!
:T:T delighted for you and all other losers!!
bexta, I think you said you make curries from a recipe. There are heaps of SW curry recipes using Frylight instead of oil and FF yogurt where needed. All herbs and spices are free. Having fatty meat a couple of times a month is no big deal. What it comes down to in the end is that you have a maximum of 105 syns for treats a week and you learn to prioritise them. If someone asked me to choose between a glass of wine or some chicken skin, I know what I'd go for...but everyone's different!!:rotfl:
And yes you do get all the books and introductory talk at first meeting (£10) then afterwards it's £5 a week and you get access to the website for all syn values. Just ask if there's anything else you need to know.
I missed lunch today and just had a semi-skimmed latte. I'm ignoring the syns as I've had almost no milk all day. Just snacked on 2 pears to keep me going to supper time.
My EE plan
B: NAS Ribena, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast
L: HEA milk, 2 pears
HM gammon, carrots, new potatoes, cabbage, asparagus
Syns: scrape of spread and maybe some mustard (tsp?)0 -
I've lost 0.5 pounds this week and got my 3 stone award. Pleased about that as it's been an up and down week with meals out which I've managed to offset with SP and no syn days.0

Yes I have made currys from scratch before. My first class won't be until next Tuesday but I need to do my shopping on Friday so going to use the free seven day menu on the site to plan for next week until I get all my booklets etc
Need to get back to the gym aswell have been putting it off for weeks. Have started taking over the dog walking too.0 -
-3lbs off for me please Shala
That's my 4 stone sticker!
I've also set a target of 12st 7lb which is 4lbs away, I think in reality I'm 7lbs away as I don't want to spend my life going to weigh in with light trousers and eating a very light tea every Tuesday.0 -
Shala I've always fancied Canada, my mum worked out there for a bit but I never got the chance to visit. Would love to do the Rockies in a big Winnebago. Have you got family over there or just taking the trip because you fancy it?
We don't really do beach holidays, we get a bit bored and I burn in 10 minutes (i'm of Irish descent, pale skin, fair hair
) so we usually go on a big touring holiday every few years.
We're doing the east side - Niagara, Montreal, Ottawa etc this time.. maybe the Rockies and that next time.
Would actually like Egypt - it'd be nice to go and see the pyramids, although I couldn't cope with the heat!I've lost 0.5 pounds this week and got my 3 stone award.
