Well done, cte and jock (did you bin that magnet?).
We have been to Vancouver and Vancouver Island on one trip to Canada; fitted in with visiting relatives. Then a few years ago we did the eastern side – Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, with a visit to Montreal added on. Both trips were amazing. We still need to do the middle – Great Lakes and Niagara/Toronto. Don’t think it’ll happen now though. Also a couple of years ago we went on a Nile cruise. It was fantastic, but I remember visiting one temple and hearing a wee wumman muttering, “Ach I’m fed up – ye’ve seen one temple, ye’ve seen them a’!” We went in January and the temperature was just perfect – about 25˚C. We sailed from Luxor to Aswan and back, so missed the pyramids. But we still saw and learned lots.
Thanks for keeping up the chart, shala. As Arnie said, I’ll be back!
Wednesday will be
Breakfast: yogurt & fruit
Lunch: out with friend; still to decide venue
Dinner: hm pea & ham soup
Snacks to be decided.

Well done on SOW BEG!! Fantastic!!
Some great losses coming in today. Well don to you all.
I'm debating throwing in the SW towel. I'm simply going through have a good few days, then blow it all! I lose, gain, sts and repeat. So frustrating. Today was ment to be a positive day, but son really unwell with mumps, DH is ripping out bathroom out and i'm stressed with the mess. Stressed with work. Stressed with poorly kids. And just wanna eat loads and loads of chocolate!
Ignore me.... Feeling sorry for myself, lol.

Morning All
I had SW chips last night, they were so so good after a week lacking in potato :rotfl:blue_eyed_girl wrote: »Thanks Crabapple.

My initial thoughts were 'eat all the carbs'! With my level head on now I've had some chips I think a couple of days a week is doable and might be worth keeping up while I get this last bit of spare weight off me. We'll see. I really struggled at work not being able to have a mugshot in the afternoon to give me a bit more energy, so definitely not on work days!
Someone else in my group did SP and lost 6lb last week  She's not got tons to lose either so I did feel a bit cheated with 2.5lb by comparison!CountingPennies wrote: »I'm debating throwing in the SW towel. Hugs CP. I don't think you should throw in the towel! You have lost in the past and you know you can, it's just getting in the right head space again. As frustrating as things are at the moment, what you are doing with sticking to plan as and when you can is not sticking a load of weight back on and that has to be a good thing
I forgot to check last night and have just been back onto online to make sure - my bmi is now 24.8 :j:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Morning people
Keep at it CP even though things might not be going the way you want them atm. I am sure that once things settle down at home you will see the results you want. You can do this. If you stop now things might start going totally in the wrong direction and it will be so much harder to pull things back. Good luck and hope you feel better soon.
Well done Crabapple on achieving normal bmi. :T I'm still struggling just to get into overweight :rotfl:
