I weighed in on Monday last week, as I was going out on Tuesday, which is my usual weigh in day. I'll post my result tomorrow, fingers crossed for a loss, it's been an odd week but I've done 2 SP days so hopefully have pulled it back!
So my last result was 3.5 loss, which I got the SOTW week for, guess that was the previous week?0 -
Those SOTM magnets are definitely going - reporting a +0.5lb this week shala
. I know I had a totally unexpected good loss last week and its maybe just levelling out now. Oh well just had SW fishcakes, SW wedges and mushy peas with a free quark/garlic dip and 3 red ball lindt choccies (don't worry I cannot have any more as there are none left
)

b_e_g, the wedding is 3 weeks on Friday! And the altering is because I am a classic triangle shape, with a big bahookie and a small bust, lol.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: That's not far off then. Bet you will look fab.

Anyone got any tips on making the following dish taste fishier:
Thai Crab Fried Rice (A Taste of Asia)
I was quite disappointed with the taste... Having this again tomorrow as I have a portion in the fridge.
I tried Jasmine Rice, think I will try and make this firmer next time I make it next week.
Thanks
Congrats to all the losers, STS'ers, and gainers, keep at it..., blue_eyed_girl, jpscloud, 32b3in2013 and anyone I missedSW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -

P.s. I may be victim of an overactive sense of humour following a great night out and a few too many sherbets.Start BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.30 -
Pulled Pork - We use a less fatty joint, never a shoulder, and we do a fairly small one on high (slow cooker) for about 4 hours and it shreds nicely, we don't get such good results cooking things on low for longer.
Weigh in tonight, after two weeks and gaining two pounds, I now feel I'm likely to have lost weight! My own scales showed 12st 11lb and I can probably get about that, so it might be a fairly hefty loss and my 4st shiny.
I keep my own stats (its from before I did SW and also tracks all my walking) and I have down an ideal weight of 12st 7lb, which is a BMI of 22.5 which I thought was ideal.
However looking at my stomach I still feel there is some way to go, really not sure how much more I should lose.
I realised I said I'd start running again when I hit 14st, I should probably have added "and when it stops being freezing out".0 -
Plan for today. EE
B. Overnight oats HEXB milk coffee HEXA
L. Mushroom omelette with salad
T. Chicken with jacket potato and salad
Syns curly wurly Schwarz season all gusto skinny cappuccino

Will try to keep to plan
Good luck for today everybody0 -

Ohhh leggings.. there's a good idea for a light item of clothingi've been wearing my work trousers but i think they weigh like a 1lb or something and they're a bit big now so i need to swap them!

I'm trying the SP, so shouldn't the speed foods be 1/2 of what I've had? I'm quite satisfied & not hungry, but I have had some fruit.
Didn't realise you were doing SP and hadn't actually noticed that! It makes things easier for others to comment if you say what plan you are doing that day.

I'm having yet another EE day today:
B - porridge; Mullerlight; grapes
L - HM pepper & lentil soup (used HM chicken stock)
D - garlic & balsamic chicken. Not sure what to serve with it but probably mash, as we had rice last night. Think I'll also add some asparagus to give it a bit of colour and some extra SF (there's garlic, onions & mushrooms in it)
HEA - milk
HEB - porridge
Syns - cornflour 1; not sure what else but probably a Viscount biscuit 3.5
