Quorn sausages aren syned now? Wow that's worth knowing

I guess in the grand scheme of things today could have been worse, the wine added to the risotto was one small glass and DH will share the meal between us.

Onwards and upwards - thanks for taking the time to comment

Do your salad and veg tonight comprise at least 1/3 of what you've eaten today? Do you feel satisfied or do you still feel hungry?

As long as you've had 1/3 Speed foods and you don't feel hungry then you don't need to have fruit. However you should have at least 5 syns preferably more as you've only recently started doing SW.

    HTH.

    Denise

I'm trying the SP, so shouldn't the speed foods be 1/2 of what I've had? I'm quite satisfied & not hungry, but I have had some fruit.

I can well understand the cost putting your Mum off I didn't join for a long time as didn't really have any faith that the plan would work for me. My DD joined and when I saw it worked for her thought I would give it a go then her circumstances changed and she coudnt fit going to group in so she suggested that I join her and DGD on a mini challenge this was great fun and they came to my house every Thursday to weigh in she had all the books so we shared recipes and tips.

Love this idea! I'll see what she thinks when she's back from hols she's in spain at the mo the lucky devil. I have to say I too was so cynical about SW before I started, simply because I've tried so many 'diets' and failed miserably. So pleased I decided to give this a go though, I'm feeling much better than I have done in years.

Although saying that ... I've had a horrendous day today - I just didn't feel full after lunch today and was snacking non stop afterwards then felt all bloaty ugh

Ended up adding smoked sausage to our risotto too - gorgeous but so so syn-ful but at least I'm full ... finally :D

Tried SW slow cooked bbq Pulled Pork tonight, unfortunately it didn't go all shreddable for me but we made it into a sorta pork veggie hash thing which was pretty tasty :)

All weekend there's hardly any posts, then hit Monday when I'm at work and it goes busy and takes me ages to catch up!

Meant to start C25K today but it's cold and raining and I feel a bit bleugh, which to be honest I am putting down to SP as I've been more tired than usual. So it starts Wednesday instead :o

Managed another day of SP and I will keep it up until WI tomorrow. Then I'm having SW chips for my tea :D Also walked over 2 miles again today so I have done my exercise.

No idea what the scales will show, after a week of SP and my 3rd week of walking. Have managed to resist having a sneaky weigh. If it doesn't show a loss though I am going to cry :(

Jock, it’s just as well I don’t go to class – if I ever won a magnet (improbable, I know), I’d definitely be cursed!

b_e_g, the wedding is 3 weeks on Friday! And the altering is because I am a classic triangle shape, with a big bahookie and a small bust, lol.

    Well done, jps.

    Hiya, Liz3yy.

    I’m very nosey, Crabapple – what’s C25K?

    Tuesday’s Plan:
    Breakfast: toast & spaghetti hoops
Lunch: hm soup – yet to decide on variety
Dinner: chicken korma with pilau rice
    Snacks: as few as possible
