Counting pennies hugs - Hate when a horrible mood like that strikes and nothing seems to be going right
. Your eating is one thing that you can control and you will feel so much better when you get fully back on board.
I am on Day 4 now of behaving myself after being terrible, sluggish, cross and generally awfully I am feeling a lot better already. Just went through terrible ladies probs too for about 3 weeks! I am starting to deflate thank goodness and there is lots of toilet activity sorry tmi!! I'm sure but I am quickly feeling the benefits of being back on board! Blackberries also seem to be effective!!
Friday 13th today and my Drs Appt today
Hope your appointment went well. I'm feeling in a better mood tonight now thanks. Possibly because I'm too tired to feel anything else.blue_eyed_girl wrote: »I too am starting to see bits of new clothing creeping into to wardrobe that start with a 1 instead of 2 - really good feeling.

Well done BEG!! That is fantastic! :T
Ate out last night (yummy Indian) and again today at lunchtime. The lunch menu was quite reasonable (£20 for 3 courses) but wine was £13.95 a glass!!
:eek::eek::eek: That is crazy!!! :eek::eek::eek:
Unfortunately i'm reporting a +2, sorry Shala ..... I knew it was coming so not massively disappointed. I ended up doing 30 minutes on the cross trainer afterwards then some weights and toning. Deffo noticing a change in my body shape tho I must admit, even DH has noticed.
Ended up at the pub for lunch as planned. Had a beef sandwich and a few chips. I was stuffed after. Then my 3 hour shift this afternoon turned into a 6 hour so I've been on my feet all night. Haven't ate anything as my stomach is making some funny noises. Been drinking lots of water, so fingers crossed things are *ahem* "moving" down in the right direction?? :rotfl:
Feeling a little more positive tonight. Working tomorrow for over 12 hours so my food plan is:
Breakfast: Cereal (healthy a & b)
1st Break: Spaghetti hoops
2nd Break: Chicken and new potatoes with beetroot (random but I gotta take food into work to avoid the pizza)
Supper: Omelette (possibly.... will see how I feel)
Snacks/syns: Grapes and apples from salad bar at work and 2 curly whurlys (chocolate for energy, lol).
Hope everyone is doing ok and has a good day tomorrow. Doubt i'll make it online. Thanks for all the nice messages.

I've managed 3 days of SP so nearly halfway through. I was thinking of having potatoes for Sunday lunch irrespective but now I want to stick with it for the week and see what happens - I haven't weighed myself either, I want to see if this week does anythingBetter not be a gain :rotfl:
Planning to walk today and tomorrow if I can work it around the weather, then start C25K Monday night....:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Me too!
Something finally did the trick and I feel great. I've resisted a sneaky peak in case I'm disappointed, I'll be extra careful and stay on plan this week and hope for a super result next Friday. Three meals out this week though!
Have a great weekend everyone, onwards and downwards. :j

You aren't really supposed to have sausages on SP but I reckon there's a fair bit of protein in them and I add to it with peas and broad beans
The worst Quality sausages I have seen is 40% meat, but usually they average from 70 - 90% meat. The better the sausage the less fat and rubbish they contain.
Lidl Bratwurst (possibly Aldi too), usually have quite a lot of meat/protein 89%, and seem to be gluten free (not advertised as GF on the packaging), so they are very good value, I could not eat them all the time though.

Still looks like your highly motivated so no need to worry.
The body weight can really fluctuate, I was just monitoring myself this week so I can better understand my body, and I caught my body weight varying +4.5 lbs from my last weigh in!
It don't help either when the body starts holding onto everything, had this since yesterday so I really feel for you.

Very, very, happy to report a 1.5lb loss SHALA
Did 3 days SP which seems to have done the trick, I think its because of the lower gluten content as well as the low carb. I find a good replacement for potato is Celeriac, I have that instead of potato with my Sunday roast.
Being treated to a meal at my favourite Indian Buffet Restaurant tonight by DD1 for Mother's day and OH says we can have a takeaway tomorrow (need to choose wisely), to save me cooking. Need to be really disciplined because last time we went to this place I could've been rolled out,I ate so much it was uncomfortable.Weight loss 0/2st
