But you can have up to 2 HEAs and Bs on Green if you want them. Do you just choose not to?
Yes, I have two, what I meant was I'm not having extras because I'm already having extra:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Thank you so much for all your birthday wishes for yesterday. I feel I've got a lovely group of virtual friends on here.:A
Hope you're OK today beanie, two nasty falls.:(
I always microwave my onions before adding them to dishes. So chop/slice/wedge them first and then zap for a couple of mins in a tbsp. of water. It works really well.
crabapple, I've found that you can freeze beansprouts. A bit like peppers they aren't crisp when you defrost them but perfectly OK in stir-fry. I rarely buy stir fry mix unless it's YS. I just cut bits off all the veg I have in the fridge/cupboards (mushrooms, spring/onions, carrots, broccoli, cauli, cabbage, peppers, frozen green beans.) I buy spring onions and mushrooms most weeks as they're so versatile.
I know that's true but I've done the same with synning sausages on SP. You aren't really supposed to have sausages on SP but I reckon there's a fair bit of protein in them and I add to it with peas and broad beans. It does seem a bit mad that you can't have syn free yogurt but you can have synned ones. I suppose it depends on how strict you want to be on SP. Personally I'm just being 'mindful';). I always measure pasta and rice (always have) but I know I've been eating fewer potatoes. I can tell because I'm not buying them so often.:)
Ate out last night (yummy Indian) and again today at lunchtime. The lunch menu was quite reasonable (£20 for 3 courses) but wine was £13.95 a glass!! I was driving so stuck to slim line tonic.:D Out again tomorrow and potentially Sunday as well. THEN back on plan for a bit!! All this socialising just happens to have come at once. I will go to WI on Thursday and fingers crossed I'll be in range and can stay away until I'm back where I want to be.
I agree but thought it was worth pointing out to people who are doing SW at home without the new books.

I always have one mullerlight on an SP day, the book says you should for the extra dairy if you're doing it for more than a week, so I just do it whenever I have one. If I have more than one it isn't an SP day.0

Evening
I was ill yesterday so I ate nothing at a all. Not even water was staying down, so I didn't even try food.
Today's menu was as follows;
B - 1 slice of WM toast with Marmite
L - Tesco Egg and Bacon Sandwich (23.5 syns)
D - SW Beef in red onion sauce ready meal.
I have been interviewing today at work so had to take something in with me that I could eat between interviews and because I was ill yesterday I didn't prepare anything.
I am hoping that not eating yesterday might have saved me for the weigh-in tomorrow, but we shall see.
I really need to sort out my unorganised diet. Otherwise I am just wasting money.
I will be back to update after the weigh-in tomorrow morning. I am going for a 5k run after getting weighed, so hopefully I will have a better week next week.SPC9 #125 - £816.85

Well done Mich and hwoolgar - fab losses! Thanks for the tip with onions maman, I'll definitely give that a go next time I do a recipe where it's supposed to go in the oven raw.
Exhausted tonight0 -
Hope you’re ok after your falls, beanie, even if you are an arch enemy aka Fifer.
Sorry about your news, pennies.
Congratulations, hostie, hwoolgar, mich and Bev.
Hope all went well, lantanna.
Well I’m not long home!
Lunch with friend, as expected was synful. Ciabatta with posh fish fingers, dressed salad, coleslaw & chilli chips. But NO pudding, so that’s a good thing. Then at cinema (Marigold too) gf handed me a huge bag of maltesers (I ate every last one)
Friend’s mum had a bad fall and ended up in hospital yesterday, so drove friend from cinema town to hospital town for visiting, then took her home, then me home here. I’m shattered. So I just grabbed a couple of ryvita and some pate – and the coconut sponge cake DH had left out.
So today was a write off. Busy tomorrow, but plans may fall apart as Sky engineer is coming between 12 and 5, so he may not get done in time for us to go to football (ko 5.30). Plus we have a couple of grandchildren for a couple of hours in the afternoon.
All being well, Saturday’s plan is
Breakfast: bacon butty (hexb), tomato
Lunch: spaghetti Bolognese
Dinner: veggie omelette
Need to succeed as I’m out for afternoon tea on Sunday.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Sorry I'm so rubbish at posting on here. Lifes too busy! I started going gym and selling Avon and before I know it I've lost all my free time!
Tonight we made SW Spiced Chicken, and it was very yummyWe weren't really sure what speed we fancied with it, ended up making a potato and butternut squash mash. Would have again. I still haven't bought any Iceland meals and have my vouchers, will do my best to go this weekend! Preferably tomorrow. Better use all my vouchers soon as they'll run out. If the stock is there, does anyone have any particular recommendations?
Only had 1 naughty day really since last weigh in 2 weeks ago (KFC was calling to me! Hence why I've tried the spiced chicken now). Haven't been counting syns very strictly though just keeping a rough track so I might be a bit disappointed tomorrow. Need to pick up more food diaries.

Well done hwoolgar and mich :T
I love afternoon tea greentiger - hope you have a lovely time.. S-i-l gave us a voucher for afternoon tea for Christmas present which is valid for a year at a rather nice hotel with lovely gardens. Have suggested to DH that we should keep it until the nice weather in the summer (fingers crossed) so we can make the most of the lovely surroundings and crossing fingers yet again I will be a little bit smaller and get a bit poshed up and make a bit of an effort. :rotfl:
Just had cheese and chutney sarnie (hea and heb) and a finger of twirl.
