Not the best day today, two falls. One in a huge puddle & one at SW.

    shala~~ 1/2 on

Aw beanie hope you are ok.

Sorry to hear that you've had bad news CP:(. When I get upset I tend to go the other way and don't feel like eating at all. Both ways are not good I suppose. Hope you feel better tomorrow.

Had white bun with flora and a bit of strawberry jam and the bun was nice and fresh but it didn't hit the spot like I hoped it would. Never mind might not be so tempted next time. :D

Thanks for the chart and well done to our sotw :)
    I lost 2lb

I've been having banana on two slices of toast for breakfast and a baked potato, cheese and salad for lunch hardly any sweet things and less alcohol but other than that I haven't felt that I stuck to plan so was delighted to lose 2 lb and inspired now to keep with it.

I like both dresses and always think you should ignore other people and buy the dresses you like yourself. I love the idea of being able to buy a dress with a real waist some day. At the moment all my dresses are gathered under the bust and then flowing over the belly to hide it but they also tend to make me look pregnant!

First week at work was good but quite stressful…

    Good morning everyone :hello:

Well done on your loss hostie :T Hugs to beanie and CP.

Sounds like a lovely day out b_e_g and well done on being SW while there. Shame the dress didn't let you breathe though - but won't be long until it fits and you can do that pesky breathing stuff as well :D

I have survived 2 SP days although I have also eaten an awful lot of stirfry! Note to self not to buy the big bags again ;) It's hard to make veggie meals SP because you don't have a nice big chunk of P to put on your plate so got to mix in bits with other bits. Stirfry is actually excellent for that I guess.

Lunch today will be more stirfry but that's the last of it. Then I'll be making a cottage pie for dinner and that should last at least today and tomorrow, then I'll probably make a casserole for the rest of the weeks dinners.

I may be talking myself into running a 5k on my birthday (12 weeks away). I've already had an offer of someone to run with me. Not committed as yet because I haven't applied :o I'm going to try and start C25K next week and work that in with my walks. I feel like I'm going slightly crazy :rotfl:

CP and Beanie hope you are both OK.

Well done to all the losers and chin up and keep plodding STSers & gainers.

Hope you had a brilliant birthday Maman. Another couple of weeks to mine (don't they come round fast - seems each year is quicker than the last, LOL!)

Another EE day today - but not a very good one as not really enough fruit & veg today:

B - mushroom omlette, baked beans
L - sausage and brown sauce sandwich (HEB + 3)
D - HM baked fish & chips with peas; pickled onions

Will have some fruit to up the SFs a bit.

HEA - milk in teas throughout the day
    HEB - bread

    Syns - butter 2; brown sauce 1; weekend wine:D

  • Thanks guys. Feeling a little better this morning. Just disappointed in myself. Really don't wanna go to the gym this morning, but thats where I'm getting weighed so I have to (same scales, same time ect).

Gonna try get back on it today. Breakfast is my healthy extras (cereal/milk). Not sure about rest of day yet. Need to go out with DH tile shopping. He may want to eat out. Will all depend how much damage the scales show.

    Have a lovely day everyone.

    CP xx
