Hello all
I'm subscribing to this thread and hoping that all of you will help inspire me to get back on plan and stick to it.
3 years ago I joined SW, lost 3 stone and then (stupidly) stopped going to class. Over the last year I've gradually put around 1st back on. I rejoined about two months ago and had a few good losses, getting my half stone award but then I've had a few bad weeks and, weigh in is tonight, but I wouldn't be surprised to find myself back where I started.
I found it really quite easy a few years back but really struggling this time around. I think the main changes have been having my other half living with me (he's a junk food feind!) and having a much busier work life and social life.
Fingers crossed I can get back on track.

Constipation - I find a good blended soup can help, there's nothing really to get blocked up, plenty of fluids.
Although I have to admit to having issues, my theory is that because you're getting less calories your body is trying to suck more out of the food you do eat, so instead of passing a few carrots quite quick it tries to suck all the goodness out.0 -

It's Twinings Salted Caramel Green Tea...got it in Tesco and free according to the app. It was lovely!
Must look out for that and try it sometime, would be nice for a sweet treat and I do love green tea. I'm on the Pukka detox tea right now, I've grown strangely in love with it! Think I may be addicted!
Maman - I am ever so slightly jealous of your Indian right now lol, hope you enjoy!:rotfl:0 -
