Smedley re the HEXb issues, would you not maybe fancy the hi-light bars from group or maybe a handful of nuts? I have the exact opposite issue, I can't get enough of the B's!!
Thanks,
Yes, luckily I recently bought nuts, so I have been getting my HEB with nuts since yesterday evening, I have also been making up more syns by eating extra nuts too.
I will just have to get creative.
It was my mistake for not understanding the importance of compulsory HEx foods and at least 5 Syn's per day.
I initially thought that it didn't matter if my daily Syn's was 1, 2, 6 or 15.
From now on I will be making sure that I have at least 5 Syn's in my meal plan per day, maman has given me great advice.
If I get this right, I can eat like this for lifeSW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -

Must look out for that and try it sometime, would be nice for a sweet treat and I do love green tea. I'm on the Pukka detox tea right now, I've grown strangely in love with it! Think I may be addicted!
I love Japanese Roasted Green Tea.

Happy Birthday maman, hope you're having a fab day!
Today's menu (such as it is) has been:
B - shreddies (heb) & milk (hea)
L - tomato & herb mugshot and a satsuma
T - SW sausages from Iceland (yummy) with mash, broccoli and gravy (3 syns)
Packet of pom bears later on (4.5 syns)
Had very little appetite today, felt like I was having to force food down me, not sure that's ever happened before0 -
Well done, SallyC.
Things HAD been going well today – until I found 2 squidgy bananas. Now, I’ve promised myself I will not waste food any more, so I made banana & sultana muffins. And I ate one.Well, I had to make sure I wasn’t going to poison anyone! That’s it, no more. I gave some away to DD and SiL when they came to pick up DGS. OH will hoover the rest up (there is NO room in the freezer). Now that I’ve had one, I’m not bothered about having another as they are a bit banana-y for me! I like my bananas on the green side and find them overly sweet when they ripen, so I SHOULD be ok.
That means my supper is limited, as I’ve already had hexa and hexb today -so probably fruit and free yogurt.
Friday’s Menu
Breakfast: fruit salad
Lunch: I’m taking a friend to cinema and to lunch (she wants a pannini or a burger) for her birthday, so loads of dangers there, no doubt
Dinner: hexb sandwich with roast pork and beetroot (no other salad stuff left)
Snacks: will prob have to be fruit, yogurt, maybe hexa if I’m lucky.
Good luck everyone, for tomorrow.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Happy Birthday maman _party_
Welcome Bev and Karen
Well done to today's losers :T
Had shopping trip with friends which included a visit to M&S Cafe - all had teas and coffees as it was decided we would save ourselves and have our evening meal out. I chose the sea bass papilotte (sp) steamed in paper with the veggies and opted for new potatoes instead of chips (go me). I did however succumb to a little pat of butter to go on the pots. I offered to drive home to stuck to diet coke. Bought Mum some bread buns from Marksies (lovely white floury ones) and she only wanted two out of a pack of six  Gave two to my brother and am contemplating have one for supper with a bit of flora light and strawberry jam. Syns have been quite low other than that so I should be ok.
Tried a couple of dresses on - one looked lovely but had a bit of a problem if I had wanted to breathe and the other one just didn't look as nice on. Picked up a bright acid green top reduced to £7.50 and got some bras (£9.50 for 2). Haven't tried them yet but I got a smaller around size so fingers crossed.
Will have to have a think about what food to take to ceili on Sat. Hopefully it will be SW friendly.

Yeah another birthday this week!! Happy birthday Maman!!!. Hope you have had a lovely dayCountingPennies
For an example, made some hard boiled eggs, burned myself on the steam venting from the egg cooker, then put the eggs (to cool them), in a jug of water filled nearly to the top.
Then I put my hand into the jug to remove the eggs, and water everywhere!!!
Same day walked into the pub kitchen before I realised it was not the toilet!
Damn, I am not usually so absent minded.
Now the absent mindlessness I can relate to! Going into a room and forgetting what for. Going to shops and not getting what I want. Calling a friend to ask something, but as soon as they answer, I forget! Its driving me CRAZY! Unfortunatly, mine is due to early peri-menopause.... according to my GP!Not the best day today, two falls. One in a huge puddle & one at SW.
Hope your ok Beanielou xxx
I've had a compete rubbish day today. Some bad news this afternoon has sent me off the rails. Ate too much bread. Crisps. Chocolate. Just wanna curl up in bed now before I eat the dog. I'm such an emotional eater. I really wish I could change. And all the rubbish I have eaten means I'm now even more bloated. Still haven't been to the bathroom (sorry if TMI).
I wish I could stop doing this to myself.
Sorry for the rubbish post.
