Hello everyone this is my Monday menu plan.:D
B. Yoghurt raspberries blueberries. Toast & damson jam B + 3 syns.
L. Cottage cheese. 2 Ryvita 6 Syns clementine.
D Homemade mushroom soup. Toast B Apple
Supper options choc drink 2 Syns
A milk A milk A toast A toast
11 Syns

As a newbie to the thread what day do people weigh please?
I've had a good day so far on SW EE. Not got my head around the SP yet :cool:
Breakfast was fruit (grapes, blueberries, raspberries and banana) with 0% Greek yogurt.
Main meal was lean pork steaks with colcannon, leeks and cauliflower with a little HM cheese sauce.
(Made the sauce with skimmed milk, low fat spread, a little flour and low fat cheese and this is my only syns for the day.)
HexA - milk in drinks
HexB - HiFi bars
Also got melon and Mullerlight for later.

I usually weigh on a Saturday as I get up before everyone else during week and the scales are in the bedroom. As I need loo before weighing and bathroom is downstairs Saturday's work best for me.
Also I only follow SW during week as am target member.Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I weigh in on a Monday night kazzaw. Wasn't too keen at first as I have always associated weekends for treats (don't know why) but I don't mind it too much now I quite like it as it does reign me in a bit.
We all weigh in on different days and just post our losses (in big bold red text) and the wonderful shala will be able to gather them all together and put them in our new chart. Hth.

I think you will have to syn the quorn fillet as its only chunks and mince on SP
I thought it was also only Quorn chunks and mince that were free on SP but I have looked on the SW website where they give you ideas on SP meals, recipes and tips and on one of the meals it says roast dinner with Quorn fillets (P).Officially debt free :j0 -

Could I join in please? I would like to lose 10lbs for this challenge
I did SW back in the summer and lost about 9lbs for my holidays but then never went back after my hols! Im now about a stone heavier now than I was then so need to lose about 2 stone in total.
I rejoined my local SW class last week and my first WI will be this Thursday so im hopeful I can report a loss then
Right im only on page 9 so im off to do some catch up readingO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -

Crabapple - I love Biggest Loser :j:j i sit with the calculator to work out what they weigh in stonage.. I felt for Jeremy this week, i'd have liked him to win, but at least going on that show at 22 has meant he's saved his life because he wouldn't have seen 30
kazzaw - weigh on which ever day suits you. Some people like to weigh on Mondays so they don't overindulge at the weekend, some people like to weigh later in the week so that if they overindulge at the weekend they have time to pull it back.
