Can anyone give me a real world equivalent of a Salted Caramel hi-fi bar that are 6 syns, my wife likes them but they seem expensive for someone not on SW and I don't think they're worth 6 syns.0

I said earlier I'd been snacking too much. It showed tonight at WI - 0.5lb on :mad:

Glad to read you got a dress that you like, durham.
Well today went wonky (again). The meat did not thaw in time to cook it for tonight, so used up some more of those beetroots. I trawled the fridge and made the beetroot and feta flan that’s on the front cover of the March Asda mag. It’s certainly not SW but it was delicious – and it kept my guests from going hungry! Just as well the rest of the day was ok. For a snacks I had 1 original Ryvita (1 syn) with some hexa light Philly and a WW apple tart yogurt.
Wednesday will now be (fingers and toes crossed)
Breakfast: muesli, splash milk, apple
Lunch: Hmmm – had planned leftovers, but not got any leftovers yet! Probably egg, bacon tomato, mushrooms
Dinner: roast pork, hasselback potatoes, Brussels sprouts (may have to make extra for a sandwich, lol) and carrots

Welcome to the new people and good luck with your weight loss. As you may be aware, Shala keeps us all in order with regular challenges which are recorded on the weekly chart as posted earlier. If you want to join in, post the amount you want to lose by 3rd May in big, bold red text and then post the result of your weekly weigh in, whether you go to group or go it alone.
DH has enjoyed his birthday, he received lots of cards and FB messages, had a full English brunch and alcohol has been consumed! The celebration proper is tomorrow night - it's our friend's birthday on Thursday so we're all going out for dinner tomorrow night to celebrate both birthdays.
