Hi everyone , hope you dont mind me popping in. I've started back on SL and have 59lbs to loose which seems daunting but I will tackle it 1lb at a time. I've not joined a group just yet I want to see if I can do it myself at home for a bit but need a couple of pointers on if what i've eaten today was ok?

X2 Weekabix with skimmed milk and a large banana.

Lettuce, cucumber, a few cherry totmatos and ham.

Bubble and squeek, 4 quorn saussages, baked beans, 1 fried egg and a little bit of left over ham

    X1 Apple

I'm abit concerned that I didnt have enough veg for dinner?

    I'm a happy bunny tonight - reporting a loss of ............... 4.5lbs :j:j:j and ................. SOTW and ......................... my 6.5 st shiney :j:j:j

Not done anything different this week to the last 2 or 3 weeks when the loss has only been 0.5lbs but thankfully I have been rewarded for sticking to plan.

Just had Macaroni Cheese (tomatoey one) with huge salad, bottle of low alcohol Czech beer from Sainsbobs and now having a cuppa tea and cadburys twirl 2 fingers (usually only have one finger a night) but I thought I would throw caution to the wind tonight :D

Hopefully this week's loss will not come and bite me on the bum next week.

Well done to tonights losers :j.

Sounds a good un so far meg - hope it works out for you ;).

Waiting to see how things went for you tonight Lantanna.

Hope you all have a good week.

Internet dating - first one I met ive kept... However the first man I spoke to I was completely in awe of he was Mr perfect everything lined up he was amazing - I'm sure however his wife thinks the same as she's currently having his child!! Yep I got a married man :@
My bf I met online and tbh we'd actually met many moons ago and I didn't like the look of him (he was a bit of a lad) but I also used to chat to his brother on face party so ive always seen him around and now it seems to have fitted and I'm quite content

That's not too bad a menu thriftygifty. I'd agree with you about the veggies with dinner unless there were loads in the bubble & squeak. And I'd say try and have Speed fruit with your cereal if you can (bananas are only free) frozen red berries are good. I'm a bit of a fiend but I really think you can't have enough Speed food, especially veg. Good idea to have small targets as you go along. Hopefully you'll be close to your first half stone by Easter!
