    Good for you, lush.

I’m off to sit on the naughty step – it’s pretty far from the kitchen so I should be safe. :p
After my off plan lunch I had a Gold bar in the afternoon.
I had the planned dinner – plus lemon cheesecake and cream.
I took my daughter and grandson home after the football ( we won, btw, so cup semi final here we come!) and I had a dairy milk when I got home, to celebrate.:T:j:T

So Saturday’s Plan needs to be iron clad.
    Breakfast: beans on hexb toast
Lunch: soup of some kind, probably lentil or leek and potato
Dinner: Caribbean Pepperpot Stew with rice

No syns in that lot, so hopefully I’ll not use too many (hexa still up for grabs too).

    Night all.

I've got to page 85 of that thread.. The one who started it has packed in, the second lot are starting training and still bright eyed and bushy tailed.. Someone's leaflet delivery rates are being disputed! Blimey :rotfl:

Been a long old day, was on track till I scoffed a rolo cookie AND a yorkie bar earlier, oh well.. Onwards :p

Have a good weekend all x

Evening all :) I have not been posting but I am still reading every day.

Been plugging away so am disappointed to list a 0.5lbs gain which has left me feeling a bit disheartened. So to get back on track I am going to do a bot of a kick start week.

This week I am going to go green and stick to a vegetarian diet to see if that has much of an impact. Also going to do a mini veggie juice cleanse over the weekend to see if I can get my body back in order.

Hopefully I will be back next week with a record loss :rotfl:

And you didn't think to share it with everyone here! Lol

If ever get the chocko munchies, I have a piece of Fruit & Nut Toblerone or similar. If I remember correctly one piece was 6.5 syns!
So far so good, no scoffing multiple pieces.

Just hope you can work them Syns off :)

    Why be disappointed?
I look at this whole eating plan as long term:
    1 Month
    2 Months
    3 Months
    6 Months
    1 Year and more

As long as you stick to the allowances, your body will do the rest, it will find it's perfect BMI.
A little gain is nothing in the big picture of the above mention goal periods.

Keep eating, and you will slim.

    Morning everyone.

Combination of factors meant I couldn't get out for a walk yesterday. I've been doing around 9k steps a day and trying to up it, yesterday not much over 2k  Need to find more ways to keep moving when I'm stuck in the house.

I also hoovered up too many syns. All in all not a great day. Here's hoping for better today - I will get out for a walk even though it's grey and I may get rained on, and I have a ton of housework to do as well. Plus I've eaten most of the things that will tempt me so shouldn't go over syns with what is left :o

You are absolutely right. I think I just expect that if I want to lose weight and am taking steps then it should just fall off me :rotfl:By nature I am impatient for things to happen quickly however with my weight loss, as you say I have to look at the longer term and cultivate a bit of patience!

Morning all, yesterday was an amazing success for slimming world (if you don't count the two bread rolls and butter that I had to shovel in when I was running about doing family stuff in the afternoon. Need to get my head down and study study study today, first prelim is on Monday!!

B: LM sausage (2 syns) baked beans and fried eggs (frylight)
L: Split pea soup, small wholemeal roll (hexb)
D: Spicy tomato pasta, oven baked halloumi (hexa) (this is quickly becoming a favourite with me!!!)

I don't have time at the moment to go back through our thread but I have noticed the chat about this WW thread and sounds like it might be a giggle...do any have you the link?

Have a great day folks xxxx
  • Hey Guys!!

Have been in London for a few days, hence not being here! Meal plans not in place, however did try to make SOME right choices. Been to get weight and its a STS this week please Shala which I am very happy with because I had 3 days of treats really. Did LOTS of walking which must have helped along with making some lighter snack/meal choices.

I've also managed to get back to the gym yesterday after recent poor health of not being able to. Felt much better for it. I'm hopeful for a loss next week as long as I stay positive.

Off to catch up with 10 pages from 4 days! Hope everyone is well.

    CP xx
