You have to have cheese on a spag Bol!!! It's the law!!!
Mimi I remember you from the ttc thread many moons ago as I seem to remember you too crabapple (but I wasnt a mildredd then)
This week I've challenged myself to cut back on the cherry Pepsi max - so far I feel a bit less bloated.
Maman - I thought I'd avoided doing a sw group with the bfs family however his mum collared me last night and I've agreed to doing it - so next week I'll be going shopping to get bits and bobs for itI guess this will be a good thing for me deciding whether to pursue the sw consultant thing at some point x
Bf and I have booked a mini overnight child free breakquite looking forward to it - were taking our gym stuff apparently so any bad should be cancelled out xxx
Feel strangely on it this week after deciding I'm calling target on MondaySod's law xxx
Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb
New Year New You Challenge - /6lb0 -
Feeling really rough today - DH has given me his cold (wish he'd kept it to himself, LOL!)
Managed a small loss of 0.5lb today - now only a lb from bottom end.
Green day today for a change:
B - taster at group - 3 syns max
L - LO rounders from last night (60g mince HEB1)
D - cauli cheese & chips (HEA1/HEB2 for cheese sauce)
2nd HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
Syns - sharing 1/2 bottle of wine with DH - 6 syns (other half used to make beef bourgignon for the weekend).
Away for the weekend with DD2 and her partner so won't be around at least until Sunday evening.
Have a good weekend everyone.

Evening
I will have a look at the minimins thread. I am sure my consultant is very nice, she didn't offer a new member talk when I joined her group and she had to go and find a new member form in her farm VIA a chat with a few current members on her way back whilst I was standing there waiting for the form like a lemon. I haven't stayed to the group. I don't think she has a FB group. I am not slating her though. I have been doing SW for over a year, so I know what I am supposed to do
Talking of knowing what I am SUPPOSED to doI need to start planning. I have sen off work for the first half of the week and it was easy to eat the right things, today at work, I failed to plan and ended up with biscuits for breakfast, chicken and bacon pasta for lunch and a steak slice and super noodles for dinner. I know better than that. Back to planning for me tomorrow.

Well done, maman, mich, Denise and tweets.
Ah, but as you’re on it now, Mildredd, you won’t be slipping up/getting into bad habits because you’ve called target! :A
Sticking to plan again!
In addition to the planned 1 syn, I’ve had 2 choc digestives (8 syns), so I have 6 syns left for later – maybe a real choc biscuit. For once I have no hexa left, lol.
Friday’s Plan
Breakfast: hexb porridge (made with water), banana
Lunch: prawn mayo (1 syn) jacket with salad, ML yogurt
Dinner: chicken Kiev (2½ syns), red cabbage, green beans, baby potatoes
That leaves 11½ syns. I’ll try to keep these for the evening as DD and DGS are coming for tea (SIL will be away on my son’s stag weekend) and maybe overnight, so I tend to lack will power. Plus footie mob are playing a cup tie (we can’t go down as we have to get DGS from school as DD is working, and it will be too late to leave by time she gets in.) Luckily match is live on TV and DD is a mad fan too – DGS is learning to be diplomatic, not! His dad supports a different team, lol, but he has a season ticket with us and he sings his dad’s teams songs at our games and vice versa!

Evening all xx
Just popping on quickly to say I joined the 1.5lb off club tonight..shocked really because I'd had a few too many syns here and there this week. Anyway reached my target of 13.7 by my 39th birthday, now to reach 10.7 by my 40th:p
Not back at class now for two weeks, so I need to try and stay reasonably focussed so i don't go back up to 14stone:eek:
Absolutely shattered tonight so I'm having an early night but after tomorrow afternoons hair appointment I get to sit down and rest for the first time this week so I'll come and have a massive catch up and check out how all your losses are doing!!

Went for a very slow walk again today, managed although painful. Suffered later though
My son has been job hunting since his contract ended just before christmas. He registered with a different agency last week, they said he would have a job for this week then never got back to him. Monday they contacted him for work on wednesday, again never got back with details. Then he got a text to say all shifts were cancelled . Poor kid has been up and down. Then today they rang to see if he was available for next week, he said yes as he wants to work. Then this evening he gets another phone call from another job and they want him to start next tuesday. This one is 10 minutes from home and permanent but nights where the other is 40 minutes each way, shift work and temp. For my night owl of a son, its a no brainer. Fingers crossed and positive vibes from my lovely friends on here that this one works out :A.Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
