I stayed the same at my weight in this week, fair enough as I started the week well but gave in to comfort eating over the weekend. I've just made a big pan of speed soup, so fingers crossed for a good loss this week.0

I checked and it is free. So worth a try for anyone that fancies it. I've stocked up on Frylight while it was reduced so won't be needing an soon.jockosjungle wrote: »30g of parmesan goes a long way grated though, I've eaten 20g of low fat cheddar with my soup at lunch and saved 15g of parmesan for the spag bol. 10g is quite a lot.
Completely agree. I always have a couple of heaped teaspoons with Bolognese and just count it in my HEA (trying not to have cereal on the same day).
Welcome candy, good idea to start today. I WI on Thursdays (just coincidence as most convenient class) but it suits me just fine. If you should have a hiccup it'll probably be at weekends (but not this one as you're all fired up and motivated!:D) and then you've got Monday to Wednesday to be angelic and sort yourself out. I think if I was choosing a WI I'd go for Friday morning but Friday's probably not a good day for a class. Do post menus and ask as many questions as you like.:)0 -
:rotfl:No where lovely, a friend came round with a bottle of her homemade parsnip wine, was lovely but woke up this morning with the hangover from hell, wont be drinking that again in a hurry.
tut tut meg, you know parsnip isn't a speed food :rotfl:

WI tomorrow. Not really looking forward to it. I'm sure I'm still in range but I haven't been strict enough on syns to lose and the next couple of weeks look madly social (I have a birthday too shala). I'll just go tomorrow and then do my best for a couple of weeks then maybe try and be saintly leading up to Easter.:D
How did you get my photo? That's me every morning :rotfl:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
