As ever our consultant didn't know what was going on. She just knew she'd been trying to order them and couldn't. No idea whether they were discontinued or maybe a supply problem. Opinions mixed on whether they'd be missed. I don't eat them personally. I buy the occasional Cherry Alpen Light but as I generally have my HEB as toast or recently Finn Crisps I don't want extra syns around.

I doubt the SW meals will be reduced ever again considering the demand. We ate the Tikka one last night and were very impressed. enough for two with some rice.

I've been buying the bars as snacks, my wife liked the caramel them until I pointed out they're 40p each and she could get 3 peppermint aeros for a quid (she's not doing SW). I thought there wasn;t much substance for 6 syns, might as well have a fudge.

I don't use them as a HEB, but I suppose I could if I did an SP day, I generally eat a few walnuts.

I just syn them, hence the rhubarb one was good. My wife has noticed that Tesco do a similar looking version, 70kcals each on 2 for £2 so we're giving them a chance.

    Ninth Anniversary

I'm currently sitting at 12 stone. Deeply unhappy, none of my clothes fit because ive put weight on and whilst I could exercise I'm [Strike]just plain lazy[/Strike] finding excuses not to

Hi Mimi - I'm feeling totally the same. I'm also a newcomer to this thread and to SW. Have decided to give food optimising a go after working out that my BMI now puts me in the obese category, I've done diets before but the willpower never seems to last very long. I've been overweight for years but this new label scares me a lot!

Has anyone ever tried the following Fry Light alternative cooking spray which is sold at Tesco?
    What do you think?
There are supposed to be health benefits using coconut oil.

The Groovy Food Company Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Spray (190ml) - £2.50

I first saw the product which gives a quick review on the Fopperholics website
    https://fopperholic.wordpress.com/

    Thanks
I have and I much prefer it to fry light. I'm not sure if it is syn free but it says 1 cal per spray so I'm using it as a free product.

Love parmesan, love it in my scrambled egg too

30g of parmesan goes a long way grated though, I've eaten 20g of low fat cheddar with my soup at lunch and saved 15g of parmesan for the spag bol. 10g is quite a lot.
