Hi everyone
Still plodding along here, not going to join in the next challenge but will still post results each week.. Good or bad
Been off work this week, should be in Krakow now but didn't end up going with the break up.. Oh well, will try and get there another time! Enjoying being a lazy mare in the meantime.. :rotfl:0 -
Oh, shala, your poor dad! I hope you get it sorted for him.
Come on in, OrganisingMyLife and selement.
mich, it’s good to see you again.
I had another decent day today, thank goodness. I changed dinner to roast chicken, gravy (1 syn), 1 hash brown (2 syns) and red cabbage, followed by Tesco individual raspberry jelly (extravagant 7 syns, but tasty). I have also had 1 Garibaldi biscuit (1 syn). That leaves hexa plus 4 syns for later – loads!
Thursday’s menu
Breakfast: mackerel on hexb toast, clementine
Lunch: bacon, eggs and tomatoes, ML yogurt
Dinner: smoked salmon & asparagus spaghetti that was planned for today (1 syn + hexa cheese), fruit salad
That leaves me 14 syns for treats.
Take care, everyone.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
I forgot to say that I had my beetroot apple-style. Not convinced. Maybe I should have cooked it first. It certainly took ages to eat. OH came in and said I looked like a vampire :eek:Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400

You are brave, must have been one hell of an earthy taste!SW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -
b-e-g, I've never seen all the varieties of Finn crisp but they are listed on the site. I'm sure Sainsbury's only had Original.
Had a look for them in a huge Tesco today and they only had the original ones and they were £1.19 a pack so I decided to leave them and will look out for the other flavoured ones. Will be in Asda and Sainsbobs over the next couple of days.I'm joining my new group on Monday as a new member and not taking my history with me I've decided. So I won't be able to report a loss until Your Week 3. Hope this is ok Shala.
Looking forward to joining the new group actually. Hopefully the competitiveness in me kicks in and I start to get something out of it again.
I will definitely have a stone if not more to lose to get back down to target. What a silly girl I am but hopefully I'll catch it in time before I go all the way backwards. No idea why this has happened or what is going on but it has taught me you can't become complacent with your attitude or motivation. I just need to find some again : /
Going to text my consultant tomorrow and tell her I've left her group - that should be fun :rotfl:
Sounds like a plan Lantanna. You know how far you have come and others don't need to know. Hopefully your competitive streak will come through and you will be where you want to be very soon. You are so doing the right thing by trying to nip the damage in the bud. I attended SW around 20 years ago and had lost a huge amount then and just as I was getting to a point where I was going to call target, things happen, situations change and before I knew it I had regained everything plus some. I keep saying that is not going to happen this time and I just said to DH today, that the only way I can see that happening (staying at target) is going to class forever and ever and ever and ever :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Good luck girl we can do this.
Welcome to our newbies and well done to all our latest losers.
Have had a hectic day today but had a bit of retail therapy this afternoon. Quite pleased with some of things I tried on. Bought a top/tunic thingy - yes in may have some black in it but there is a lot of orange  - stepping out of my comfort zone indeed. Tried a 20 on and had to change it for an 18 (style of it helps with that but the label says 18 :rotfl:).
Feeling absolutely shattered and I know that as soon as I put lappy down and watch tv, I will be off to the land of nod in no time
Hope you all have good week and if you have had any naughtiness, get a line drawn and get back on the SW wagon - there is room for us all
