Feeling very low. Still not able to exercise due to an injury so am sitting around a lot, getting bored and trying not to eat stuff I shouldn't. It am in 5th week of this so am hoping to get back into serious walking and cycling next week.
I am eating little slices of cheese with crackers. That's AFTER a pecan pastry slice.
I have been going to SW and just hanging on I there weight wise.
I cannot exercise either due to injury, so I really feel for you.
Maybe looking at the reason you joined SW in the first place can re-ignite your passion again, thus stopping the naughty but nice snacking.
Remember, SW is a lifestyle, and you don't need to starve.
I cannot even cook those complicated meals with much prep, but if I can follow the easy eating rules, anyone can.
Don't beat yourself up, get back on that horse and fight for your goals.SW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -
I reckon I will have a stone to lose Maman. Depends what the scales say on Monday really. But a good 10 lbs at least - I know what my target is so just depends how far off that I am.
No I'm not saying anything to her other than the day doesn't suit me anymore. There is no point really. At least if I say its that then there is nothing else she can say !0 -
Good day all just a quick update, had weigh in last night lost 2lbs thats now 4st 2.5lbs off couldn't stay to group though as i loads on and not enough time in the day. I will post an update later on tonight with my food dairy and syn count.

I'm planning on joining SW (potentially online - mostly due to my work hours not fitting with any kind of "regular" or "normal"!!!) however it can't be done until payday (so 20th March). Have been losing weight again finally after losing over 2 stone since I started my current job (started May 2013 and by July 2014 was 2 stone lighter) then plateauing ever since
partly due to hurting my knee walking into work on a night off (ironic really!!!) and partly due to work being busy so not been to the gym since July
Am trying to shift some more weight and have a class booked in at the gym for tomorrow (just hope I get back from a work meeting in time!) I have a fitbit and unless it's a day off I'm doing between 10k and 15k steps a day thanks to being on my feet all day.
I'm not very good with food, I can cook but just am fed up with food, end up eating the same old stuff due to a nice list of avoided bits and bobs but I was very happy to see my Lactofree milk on the list so that's going to make things easier! I will also be trying to make meals ahead and freeze them where possible. Have already tried a few things but not everything was SW friendly!will be changing that around a bit! Tbh a lot of the time at present, even actually managing to eat something when I should is an achievement in itself, let alone if it's actually remotely healthy!!!
Have been reading lots of the previous posts and you are all so up beat and inspiring so I'm already feeing eager to get started! I have about another 2.5 stone that needs to be got rid of, so definitely need to get my bum in gear again! Hope it is alright for me to join in here?
For now had better get moving as have to be at work in an hour!!!Finally debt free! :j :j :j
LBM 2010 - £10,039, July 2013 - £8,048, December 2015 - £6,349, July 2016 - £6,083, 22nd March 2019 £0!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am quite new to SW, but what I can say so far, is that I haven't ever eaten such a variety of foods ever, I am never hungry.
I especially like the "a taste of Asia", book, Yummee foods...
Furthermore, I don't really have to prepare anything, so that suits me fine.
Like you I have dietary no-no's, still I don't feel as though I am missing out on anything.
Hope this helps a bit.
EDIT

Mag 116, Page 125 has one of the discount codes for Online membership, there is a red circle with the discount code written inside it, it's half way down the page, it is valid until 30th April too.SW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -
Welcome organisingmylife
We generally suggest on here that online membership is expensive for not a lot, except access to syns online. If you can stay on this thread there's loads of help available, and if you can get to group at least once to get the books then they will give you much of the info - and the first page of this thread is full of useful info too.
There seem to be a few saying they are on a mission eating or otherwise plateauing with weight loss. It happens to us all, just deal with it the best you can and get back onto SW when you can
My parents had toddler for a while today so I had time to go out for a walk - made it to Tesco (the very long way!), around and back and it was 2 miles. That's at least 2 miles 5 days in a row now. Having my gizmo is making me a bit obsessed with step count, such that I've been marching on the spot while cooking dinner
Dd came back from grandma's with some cornflake cakes they had made. I knew they were doing it and figured a few cornflakes stuck together with a bit of chocolate wouldn't be too bad syns wise. Nope, they are stuck together with chocolate, butter and golden syrup :heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls
